We're looking for a loving, committed home for our 4-year-old female husky mix. This is a difficult decision, but with a second child on the way, we want to find her a family who can give her the time, attention, and activity she deserves.She's a sweet, intelligent girl who is very food-motivated and eager to learn. She knows basic commands, is house-trained, walks well on a leash, and is crate-trained, though she prefers having room to relax. She's approximately 60 lbs, spayed, and up to date on vaccinations.She still has the energy and personality of a working breed and will need regular exercise and mental stimulation to thrive.She would do best in a home with older children who respect a dog's personal space. She's selective about other dogs, so a home where she's the only pet may be the best fit. Her compatibility with cats is unknown.We're hoping to find someone who understands her needs and can provide a stable, loving home for the rest of her life.

freya is an amazing dog. She is super sweet and playful and energetic. She does great with my children. She’s good with my cat. However, my other dog doesn’t like her and wants to hurt her and with having to have knee surgery I can no longer keep them separated so I need to find her new home ASAP.
