Story
Nova is a 6-year-old Husky/Shepherd mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He's a chatty, affectionate boy who loves cuddles, squeaky toys, fetch, and soaking up the sun. Smart and eager to learn, Nova thrives with structure, positive reinforcement, and an experienced owner who understands his Husky independence. Nova has anxiety and a history of resource guarding. Due to a previous bite involving a small dog, he needs a home with no other pets or children. He has made excellent progress with training but does best in a calm, consistent environment. Nova is crate and muzzle trained, neutered, and up to date on vaccinations. He'll need a securely fenced yard because of his strong prey drive and talent for escaping. In the right home, Nova will be a loyal, loving companion devoted to his people.
