ADOPTION FEE SPONSORED. Amber is a smart, spirited girl with a zest for life and a serious love for walks! Whether it’s a long hike through the woods or a stroll around the neighborhood, Amber thrives on getting out, stretching her legs, and putting her powerful sniffer to work. She’s happiest when her body and mind are engaged, so daily high-quality walks and opportunities to explore are a must. This clever girl isn’t for the faint of heart — Amber needs an experienced, confident owner who can provide structure, leadership, and enrichment. She’ll reward you with loyalty, intelligence, and companionship that runs deep. Amber would do best in a home with older children who understand her boundaries and respect her space. Story
✨Meet Yuki!✨ Yuki came to us after being found as a stray by our friends GoodBoy Dog Recovery. He braved extreme temps and hunger for 10 days in the Germantown section of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. GoodBoy Dog Recovery was contacted about him and responded immediately - bringing him to safety from the cold using their thermal drone! Yuki is a 1 year old Shiba Inu who is ready for his forever home! He's decompressing still and has yet to come out of his shell fully, but with some patience and trust, he's destined to be an amazing companion! He's a young dog that will require a family up to the task of providing him the ample physical and mental exercise and training that all dogs require. If you are interested in being considered for them please apply on our website at www.angelsretreat.org 💕🐾 Angel’s Retreat West Chester, PA PA Kennel License 17335

Story
✨Meet Yoshi!✨ Yoshi is a 5-year-old Shiba Inu mix who came into us as a surrender from a commercial breeding facility (aka Puppy Mill) in Lancaster County. Yoshi had a very difficult life before coming to us, being used as a breeder dog his entire life. He is shut down at this time but is slowly starting to give us his trust. We are confident he will make a wonderful family member for a very lucky family, who understands his past and gives him the time he needs to trust them and his new surroundings. Yoshi loves other animals, and will thrive in a home with at least one other dog. Adopting a puppy mill survivor is life-changing—for you and them. For these dogs, everything is new and often overwhelming: people, houses, stairs, leashes, food bowls, collars, toys, TVs, ovens, doorways, pavement…the list goes on. They need adopters who can move slowly, be patient, keep expectations reasonable, and provide the understanding and tools they need to grow into happy, confident companions. Patience, positive reinforcement, and understanding are key! We promise there is nothing that compares to gaining the love and trust of a puppy mill survivor, but it requires intentional effort and commitment from their new family. With the right guidance, puppy mill survivors can blossom into well-socialized, joyful dog- so our goal is always to ensure every adopter is fully prepared to give them the life and environment they need to truly thrive! If you are interested in being considered for them please apply on our website at www.angelsretreat.org 💕🐾 Angel’s Retreat West Chester, PA PA Kennel License 17335

Story
hi Zion, this handsome boy is 7 1/2 year old Shiba inu. He was surrendered to us from a commercial breeder, with several other dogs, when they were no longer wanted for breeding. He is 24 lbs. Zion is a great boy! He is a true representative of his breed - she is smart, independent and curious. When in the playground, he loves exploring his surroundings. He has been great with us with all his handling. He would need to meet any resident dogs. He will come neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and 4dx tested. He also had a dental. If you are serious about adoption, please fill out an adoption application on our website www.phoenixanimalrescue.com His adoption fee is $475. Story
I'm a 4 year old spayed shiba inu with attitude. I'm crate trained and house broken. I know how to sit, stay and up to get on your lap. I'm also potty trained. I am not a big fan of other furry creatures and very weary of other people as well especially little children, but am very protective over my owners. Looking for a home that is able to help me open up and help me control my emotions better!
