Jessie is a 6 year old Shih-poo, a Shih Tzu/Poodle mix. She is a very sweet, affectionate dog who loves attention and cuddles. She can be a bit skittish and stubborn at times, but shes a very loving, loyal companion. She gets along great with other dogs, cats, people, and children and loves to make new friends. She is crate trained and we usually have her stay in there when no one is home and at night to sleep. She does come as a pair with her brother, Andy, as they have been together since puppies.

Everyone say hi to Arfie, a 5 year old 32 lb shih tzu boy. Yes you read that right, Arfie weighs 32 lbs and is in need of a home that will take him on walks and give him the opportunity to shed some much need pounds---with that said this little boy is an " absolute gentleman" according to his foster mom. Arfie came to us after his elderly owner was unable to care for him longer due to her own personal issues----Arfie has come a long way from intake a few months ago when he was all of 39lbs!!! He just wants to please everyone, has excellent house manners and deserves a chance at a great life in a loving home. He gets along with EVERYONE and has yet to meet a person he doesn't wag his little tail at. Arfie apparently had a history of seizures when he was with his previous owner but since we have had him (and put him on medication) he has not had a single one. Top of the day kind folks! My name is Tabitha and I am a 2 year old 11 lb white shih tzu girl in search of my forever home. I was rescued by FCCR with several of my friends (also available for adoption) and now we are in the best of hands! Foster mom says I am a sweet and beautiful girl- quiet, demure, and most of all loyal. I am still coming out of my shell and can be somewhat shy at first but that's because everything is still so new to me - I just need to feel at home and then my full loving personality will shine thru for everyone to see!!! I am also working on my housetraining and leash skills, and with my human by my side to encourage and love me, those too I will master---I am a smart girl!
