I want A "FUR"ever" HOME!  Read the FULL Bio to see where I am located and contact info:    D2026017  Any senior lovers out there? Well, Chauncy is looking for a soft place to rest his head. He is a Shih Tzu weighing a little over 7lbs.  Chauncy's former owner had to move to a nursing home and Chauncy found himself in an animal control with his best friend, Willow.  RCHS stepped in and took the two seniors in.  Chauncy has some health issues we have been treating.  First one is his eyes.  He has what is called Microphthalmia (one eye being abnormally small, non-Functioning) in one eye and the other eye, he has suffered prolonged dry eye.  He requires drops in both eyes, which leads us to the fact he is basically blind.  The next issue is his teeth.  He is in need of a dental, but right now he is not strong enough to be sedated.  He is eating Little Ceasar right now and doing very well with it. Chauncy has been hanging out with Willow and enjoying his days.  Please help us find him and Willow a place to enjoy the rest of their days. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. ALL Pre-Adopt must be filled out FIRST and  COMPLEATLY to be considered.  ****  Any Incomplete Pre-Adopts will not be considered,  We are Volunteers and our time is very important to us also and we cannot waist it on  incomplete adoption applications.  Please be respectful and sensitive to our time we give to these animals and our mission to save lives. Adoption fees, homechecks, and references are required. ALL of us  at RCHS work very hard to save these precious lives, and our only pay we get as volunteers, is a GOOD HOME LIFE for them, we all are volunteers, so please be patient and considerate of our time and responses.
