With gentle hands, big hearts, and a whole lot of skill, they freed Sissy from the matting, gave her comfort, and made the brave decision to perform an enucleation so she could finally live pain-free. They treated her, cared for her, and gave her a second chance at the life she always deserved. Through it all, she remained unbelievably sweet—tail wagging, heart open, trusting the people helping her every step of the way. Now this one-eyed little Shih Tzu shines brighter than ever, soaking up love and giving it right back tenfold. Of course, no hero stands alone—Sissy has her loyal sidekick Linus by her side, and the two are a bonded pair ready to take on their next chapter together. Sissy’s story is one of resilience, compassion, and the quiet heroism of those who never gave up on her.
