Story
Sky (DOB 3/12/23)  is a gorgeous, sweet neutered male Lynx Point Siamese, with a semi-short tail. He came from an eviction, and we have a few others from the home. They were very much loved in their prior home. Sky’s adoption fee is $100, with a 45-day money back satisfaction return policy, as it may take a little bit for him to feel comfortable in new surroundings. Once we get your application and it has been approved, we will update his shots, and he will be microchipped, as well as sending follow up wormer). He is a good boy, and he is trained to the Breeze Litter System, but he will be fine with scoopable litter if you prefer. He would love some daily wet food in addition to his dry food, if offered, and a sunny window with a cat tree would be appreciated. He has a screened porch now. Might prefer not to be an only cat. Story
Meet Cola. She and two other cats were found in an empty apartment after their elderly owner passed away. No one knows how long they waited… but it was long enough to change them. Cola is the last waiting for adoption. Cola is front-declawed, 12 years old, and honestly? A total sweetheart who finally feels safe. She used to be scared, but not anymore. She jumps right into my lap.She melts for affection. She adores being petted. She doesn’t hide. She doesn’t hesitate. She fully trusts now. She just didn’t thrive around other cats… but with people? She’s a love sponge. Twice a day she’ll politely ask for her wet food (she’s very ladylike about it), and she munches on her dry food, too. She’s low-maintenance, pure-hearted, and just wants a human to call her own. And yet… she’s still living in a bathroom. Not because she’s bad.Not because she’s sick.Just because she has nowhere else to go. She is perfection. She is ready. She just needs a little time to warm up, but she’s right there, waiting to love someone. She deserves a quiet home, a soft blanket, a window to sunbathe in, and a human who knows that senior cats aren’t “old” — they’re grateful. If you’ve been thinking about adopting, even just considering it… please think of Cola. And yes, she comes with a 100% money-back guarantee if it’s not a fit.Zero risk, huge reward. Her person is out there. Please share. &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143 I suggest local adoption in the Mobile area, so I can be available should any problem arise. She is SO WORTH TRYING! Adoption fee $100. Email Marla@adopt-a-kitty.org&#226&#128&#168Or text 251-404-0022January 14, 2026, 9:13 pm

Story
Meet Diesel! Diesel is a handsome 13-year-old chocolate point Siamese with a big voice and an even bigger heart. He was adopted by a family, but after things didn’t work out with their dogs, he came to the sanctuary. Shortly after arriving, we noticed something wasn’t quite right—and Diesel was diagnosed with diabetes. Thanks to quick care and treatment, his glucose levels are now stable. He currently takes Bexacat, a once-daily pill for diabetes, and he happily takes it in a pill pocket with no fuss. He’s been absolutely perfect with his medication routine and is thriving now that he’s on treatment. Diesel is wonderfully vocal and loves to chat, especially when he’s seeking attention—which is often! He soaks up affection, enjoys being doted on, and has a blast with cat treat puzzles (he’s a little puzzle master!). Because he craves attention and prefers not to share his humans, Diesel would do best as the only animal in the home. He would also do well with older kids only, if any. He is also declawed from one of his prior homes. If you’re looking for a loving, interactive companion who wants nothing more than to be your best friend, Diesel is ready to be your devoted sidekick! Please remember: Unless otherwise specified, all our kittens and cats are strictly indoor pets. If you’re interested in adoption, please visit straylovefoundation.org and complete an adoption application. Every rescue in our care receives comprehensive vetting, which includes: A combo test Deworming Spay/neuter procedures Vaccinations Microchipping We take every possible step to ensure their health and happiness, giving them the best chance at a long, fulfilling life. While we do everything in our power to provide healthy rescues, it's important to note that some animals may have genetic health conditions we cannot predict (since we don’t have their family history). Additionally, medical tests—though highly reliable—can occasionally yield false negatives. Unexpected health issues may arise, either before or after adoption, but thanks to our thorough vetting process, the likelihood of a long and healthy life is very high. Additional adoption details: Transportation fees, if applicable, vary based on distance and expenses. Home checks may be conducted. Our standard tax-deductible adoption donation is $168. For special breeds, uniquely colored, or exceptionally adorable rescues, we may request a higher donation to help cover vet expenses. Can't adopt? Consider donating, sponsoring, or volunteering! Story
Johnie is a 13-year-old chocolate point Siamese with striking blue eyes and a heart that beats young. She came to us when her owner entered memory care and there was no one left to care for her, but Johnie has taken this change in stride with grace and sparkle. A true social butterfly, she adores people and wants to be right in the middle of whatever is happening. Don’t let her senior status fool you, this girl has plenty of pep and enthusiasm for life. Johnie does wonderfully with cats, dogs, and kids, and would thrive in a home that enjoys an affectionate, engaged companion. She has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and is FIV/FeLV negative, ready to start her next chapter with a family of her own.
