He did test positive for FIV but he is very healthy otherwise. He would like to be your one and only pet, as he likes to be the king of the castle. He had a rough start to life and still has some trauma he is mentally healing from, but he has a lot of faith in his humans and wants to trust you completely, he will just need someone who is patient and cat experienced. He would enjoy a soft bed and cat tree to sleep and lounge on. He would love to cuddle with his new person in bed at night. He is a people kitty, he likes to conversate with you about his day and is eager to hear about yours. Pedro is as handsome as his namesake Pedro Pascal. He's a very active little guy and loves to run around the house with his sister but also enjoys a good couch snuggle. They sleep with their foster mom every night and both enjoy being close to their people. They are typical adolescent kittens who keep themselves busy playing with a variety of toys. Amethyst is one special little girl. She loves to rough and tumble with her siblings, but when the play is done, she is happy to curl up in a lap and take a nap. She also really loves pets and will purr and purr to show her appreciation and she rubs up against your hand. She loves her siblings and is really hoping to be adopted with one of them. Amethyst joined the rescue as a 2 week old bottle bay and has been raised with 2 pre-teen kids, a large breed dog, and two resident cats. She handles a hectic environment well, uses her litter box, and eats a mix of wet and dry food. Amethyst is up for preadoption in Huntington Beach, CA. She has an appointment to be spayed on January 14th and will be available to go home on January 15th.
