Story
Sonny and his sister Minnie are a sweet, friendly, gentle pair of kitties! They are very easy going and affectionate, especially Sonny. They are OK with other friendly cats, but would be just as happy as the only felines in the house. They haven't been around kids but would probably be OK with gentle, well mannered children. They are a bonded pair and must be adopted together. Sonny and Minnie will be available for adoption this Saturday (12/16) at Kahoots in Temecula from 10am to 2pm.

Story
Joey is a very affectionate and social cat who loves attention and enjoys being around people. He’s a medium to long-haired Siamese mix, so he may need brushing every other day or a haircut every 5–6 months to keep his coat in good shape. While it might take him a few weeks to adjust to a new environment, once he feels at home, he’ll want to be by your side constantly. He enjoys being petted and will happily follow you around. Joey was raised with two other cats and is comfortable being the “beta” in the group. However, he hasn't had any experience with children or dogs, so it’s unclear how he would respond to them. He was my dad’s beloved companion for seven years. After my dad passed away, Joey became a bit anxious and withdrawn, often hiding. He just needs a few days of patience and care to feel safe and settled in a new home.

Story
Lulu is a beautiful but shy cat. She is just over a year old. She loves to curl up and sleep, which is a good time to sneak up and give her pets. She also loves to play with her bonded friend Rico and some of her favorite toys. She's not a big fan of treats but is a HUGE fan of wet Fancy Feast kitten food. It's the only one she will eat as she can be a bit picky. With time, I am certain you could gain her trust and overcome her shyness.

Story
NOVEMBER 2025 PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BELOW. IT WILL ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS. If you still have questions after, we are happy to respond through email. It is a long read and a long adoption process. Please understand we are ensuring that our babies go to great homes and we don't know you personally (yet). Understand that this is an adoption of a beautiful little soul that deserves the absolute best life. The average lifespan of a cat is 13 to 20 years. Some cats even live into their thirties, although this is far less common. So don't let that discourage you from adopting an adult cat! Rescue Mama has had 3 live into their 20's. One was 8 weeks old. COMMANDER ROBERT "BOB" HICKS was found in a lady's back yard in San Jacinto, California. Her dogs kept chasing them out. She ended up catching him and his foster siblings (DANIEL HARRELSON, SERGEANT DONOVAN ROCKER, OFFICER VICTOR TAN and SERGEANT DAVID "DEACON" KAY). She put them in her garage and in a frantic realization called everywhere to have them saved. You see she discovered they hit puberty and were trying to get out, leaving nasty smells and fighting. Lucky for her all 5 of them were boys. They are with our rescue now. He has been living with another set of foster siblings more his age. His foster siblings are: CSI DR. GIL GRISSON, CSI SARA SIDLE and CSI DR RAY LANGSTON. These guys came from different area but were closer to his age. Meet COMMANDER ROBERT "BOB" HICKS, a dignified Siamese gentleman from San Jacinto, California with striking blue eyes and a soft coat that’s a masterpiece of cream and chocolate tones. Despite his fancy name, COMMANDER ROBERT "BOB" HICKS is a humble soul who prefers a quiet, laid-back life with just the right amount of playful mischief sprinkled in. COMMANDER ROBERT "BOB" HICKS is a bit shy at first, but his heart is easily won over with the right approach—specifically, the rustle of a treat bag or the smell of a can of cat food. Those are the keys to this reserved fellow’s affections. Once he feels comfortable, his playful side emerges, and you’ll find him bouncing after toy springs with a mix of focus and feline enthusiasm that’s downright endearing. Though he isn’t one for long cuddle sessions, COMMANDER ROBERT "BOB" HICKS will graciously allow gentle pets before retreating to his personal space. He’s a fan of companionship on his own terms, giving just enough to remind you of his affection without overwhelming his independent streak. COMMANDER ROBERT "BOB" HICKS is a friend to other cats and enjoys their company, making him a fantastic addition to a multi-cat household. He’s also impressively nonchalant around dogs, showing no signs of stress or worry in their presence. While he hasn’t had any experience with children, his calm demeanor suggests he’d adapt well to older, gentle kids who understand his boundaries. Siamese cats like COMMANDER ROBERT "BOB" HICKS are known for their intelligence and social nature, and he brings his unique spin to these traits with a quiet charm that’s all his own. Whether he’s batting at springs, lounging nearby, or enjoying a treat-filled bonding moment, COMMANDER ROBERT "BOB" HICKS is a cat who brings a steady, comforting presence to his home. Are you ready to open your heart and home to COMMANDER ROBERT "BOB" HICKS? This handsome, sweet-natured Siamese is ready to find a peaceful, loving home where he can thrive. Apply to meet him today. Could your home be the next stop for this gentle Commander’s journey? COMMANDER ROBERT "BOB" HICKS is DOMESTIC SHORT HAIR / APPLEHEAD SIAMESE MIX. He is about 2 year 3 months old and is good with cats. He has never been around young children or dogs. COMMANDER ROBERT "BOB" HICKS is currently at our rescue in Hemet, California.
