Shake is a friendly girl who adores people and gets along wonderfully with other cats. She has a love for playtime, but is just as happy to snuggle up with her favorite humans. Shake does have a medical condition that could lead to seizures, but with the right care she will have many, many more years to live her best life. She will bring so much joy to the right home. Lulu is a beautiful but shy cat. She is just over a year old. She loves to curl up and sleep, which is a good time to sneak up and give her pets. She also loves to play with her bonded friend Rico and some of her favorite toys. She's not a big fan of treats but is a HUGE fan of wet Fancy Feast kitten food. It's the only one she will eat as she can be a bit picky. With time, I am certain you could gain her trust and overcome her shyness.

Understand that this is an adoption of a beautiful little soul that deserves the absolute best life. The average lifespan of a cat is 13 to 20 years. Some cats even live into their thirties, although this is far less common. So don't let that discourage you from adopting an adult cat! Rescue mama has had 3 live into their 20's. One was 8 weeks old. DR TEMPERANCE "BONES" BRENNAN and 10 other cats were dumped in the Home Depot parking lot in Hawthorne, California. Our trapper friend was notified and she started trapping them. She took her because she was emaciated. Eyes were sunk in and a bad URI. She had a litter somewhere and she was too sick to release back. Because she was in such bad shape, we think the kittens all passed. I'm hopeful that they were saved by a rescue. We helped the trapper with 4 cats. And will hopefully help her with any of the rest of the cats. We named them after the show BONES. The rescue mama was watching that show at the time. A good time to come visit is between 5 pm - 8 pm (Monday thru Saturday) and Sunday 3 pm - 6 pm. The VOLUNTEERS are only there in the evening for 3 hours so please call the PetSmart location, email us or visit the cattery for VISITING HOURS. Most days are different 3-hour shifts. It's based on volunteer availability and store hours. It does not mean they don't have other pending applications or meet and greets. Please note: Just because you fill out an application and are approved does not obligate you to adopt the cat/kitten.
