Story
Luthien is a beautiful seal point girl with blue eyes (about a year old now) who is part of a group of stray cats found at our horse farm. We have brought them all inside and gotten them healthy and spayed/neutered at the local humane society. She is very sweet and cuddly, loves belly rubs and playing with toys. Prefer no dogs and no kids but negotiable to the right situation. Indoor only is a must. We did not put all the time and money into these guys for them to end up outside again! Adoption fee doesn't come close to covering our costs, just to be sure we are contacted by serious adopters only.

Her head shakes when she is very focused on something - that s the extent of it to apply to adopt from our organization, please complete the appplication link below - approved adopters will be contacted by phone/text to proceed with the adoption process https://form.jotform.com/200233623640139 Emails are generally not seen quickly as the rescue owner works 2 jobs and has critical care animals in the rescue - the applicaiton submitted is the quickest way to begin the process or open an conversation. thanks!!!!

(407) 536-0624 ELLA, a 4 year old Lynx Point Siamese female cat needs a new home! Owner is elderly annd can no longer care for her. We hope to help find her an amazing new home. Ella is so beautiful too! Please see her video. Located in Orlando, FL (407) 536-0624 call this number directly if interested in Ella! Ella is a vocal Siamese cat who likes being picked up by her owner and loves attention. At first, she could be a little shy. She is eating dry food only, but we explained how important giving wet food is daily to avoid any medical issues like kidney disease, Urinary tract issues linked to litter box issues, and weight gain. Cats get the bulk of their water needs from their food so wet food (75 % moisture) is better for them! Dry food is only 10 % moisture. More on wet food here: FurryNationSalvation.org/wetfood Ella is spayed and vaccinated. Here is a video of her on YouTube. If you cant see it here please copy and paste this link into your browser https://youtube.com/shorts/dEnVgA93TLY?is=m3Z8SMDTYeYz3zNz 1). If you want to adopt: please show up with a cat carrier! Plastic cat carriers are more secure and more comfortable than soft ones. 2) Adoption fee of $10 3) when you get her home -please allow her to adjust in a very small room like a bathroom. This way you create a safe spot for her to adjust in!! Cats adjust much quicker too. 4) if you decide to adopt and it doesnt work out- you can contact original owner OR OUR rescue, has a free rehoming assistance program to help rehome any pet like we are helping this lady here. **This is a courtesy post-and not through our rescue Furry Nation Salvation- please call Ellas current owner if interested! 407-536-0624 #cats #orlando #adoptdontshop #furrynationrehomingprogram #siamesecatsafe

Story
Meet Mavis — She Just Needs Someone to Believe in Her Mavis is a stunning Siamese and calico mix, and there is truly something unforgettable about her. Her beautiful Siamese coloring is accented by unique calico spots, making her one-of-a-kind on the outside. But it's what she's been through on the inside that makes her story so important. Mavis was born outside to a young mother who had been left to fend for herself on the streets. When someone finally came along and took Mavis and her siblings in, she probably thought her life was finally going to be better. But instead, Mavis and her siblings grew up living in a cage, off to the side of their humans' lives. She never got to learn what a normal kittenhood was supposed to feel like. She didn't grow up knowing that hands could bring comfort, that laps could be safe, or that humans could be trusted. When the family eventually reached out to rescue for help, Mavis went to the veterinarian to be spayed. That's when the heartbreaking truth about her past was discovered. Mavis had a severely broken front leg. The injury was so bad and had been left untreated for so long that the only way to give her relief was to amputate her leg. The veterinarian also felt that the nature of the injury appeared consistent with something that may have been caused by a person. We will never know exactly what happened to Mavis. But we do know this: Someone hurt her. And somehow, she still wants to believe that someone can love her. After her amputation, Mavis went to a wonderful foster family who gave her something she desperately needed — time, patience, and a safe place to heal. They began teaching her that not every human is going to hurt her. And slowly… she's learning. Mavis is still shy. She isn't going to run up to a stranger and demand attention. She may not immediately climb into your lap. Sometimes, when her foster parents reach out to pet her, she gets nervous and runs away. But then there are those little moments. She stays in the same room with them. She watches them. Sometimes she allows them to pet her while she's relaxing on her cat tree. And every once in a while, something magical happens… Mavis purrs. It's a tiny sound, but for Mavis, it's enormous. It's her saying, "Maybe I can trust you." She is beginning to discover that being touched doesn't have to hurt. That a gentle hand can feel good. That humans can be kind. That she doesn't always have to be afraid. Mavis doesn't need someone looking for an instant lap cat. She needs someone looking for a relationship. She needs a quiet, patient home where she won't be rushed or overwhelmed. A home where someone will understand that trust may come in inches instead of miles. A person who will celebrate the first purr, the first head bump, the first time she chooses to sit closer, and eventually the first time she comes looking for affection all on her own. Because we believe that girl is in there. Underneath the fear is a cat who has spent her entire life waiting to feel safe. Mavis has already survived being born outside, growing up confined to a cage, suffering a devastating injury, losing a leg, and learning to live with the fear that humans might hurt her. She has survived enough. Now she deserves to learn what it means to be loved. We don't know exactly who Mavis will become when she finally feels completely safe. Maybe she'll become a lap cat. Maybe she'll sleep beside you every night. Maybe she'll follow you from room to room. Maybe she'll always keep a little bit of her independence. But we know one thing: Mavis deserves the chance to find out. Please don't overlook her because she's shy. Don't mistake her fear for a lack of love. She has love to give. She just needs someone patient enough to wait for her to feel safe enough to give it. If you have a quiet home, a gentle heart, and the patience to let a very special girl come out of her shell at her own pace, please consider giving Mavis the forever home she has been waiting for. Be the person who teaches Mavis that not all humans are out to hurt her. Be the person who shows her that her story doesn't have to end with what happened to her. Let it end with love. We provide all initial wellness care, including vaccines, deworming, checking for mites etc., for each kitten and cat under our care. All cats and kittens available for adoption have been spayed or neutered, microchipped, combo tested and given a rabies vaccine. Our adoption fees also cover lifetime microchip registration. Story
Meet Paprika Paprika is a stunning flame point Siamese with a gentle soul and a heart that just needs a little time to feel safe. He was found sitting quietly outside an empty apartment in a Jacksonville complex after being abandoned, unsure of where to go or who to trust. Thankfully, he’s now safe and getting the chance to start over. Paprika can be a bit shy when you first meet him, but once he realizes he’s safe and you’re a friend, his sweet personality begins to shine. This handsome boy loves to talk to you and will happily chat back when you give him attention. He also has a playful side and loves running on the cat wheel, showing off his energy and curiosity. Paprika especially enjoys the company of other cats and loves to play and interact with his feline friends, which really helps bring out his confidence. Paprika is also FIV positive, but that doesn’t stop him from living a happy, normal life. FIV+ cats can live long, healthy lives and can often live safely with other friendly cats. Paprika would do best in a patient home that will give him the time he needs to blossom. Watching a shy cat learn to trust and show love is one of the most rewarding experiences—and Paprika is absolutely worth it. If you’re looking for a beautiful, unique boy who just needs a little kindness and understanding, Paprika might be the perfect addition to your family. Our rescue provides all initial wellness care, including vaccines, deworming, checking for mites etc., for each kitten and cat under our care.
