ADOPT Phoenix !! A stunning flame point Siamese kitty! This adoption is NOT through Furry Nation Salvation and is a Courtesy Post. Please call the individual listed below with any further questions or to set up a time to meet the pet. Thank you. Please call/text this number if interested: 321-794-2580 Cat located in this city: Enterprise, FL Cat’s Name: Phoenix  : flame point Siamese Cat’s Age & Sex: Approximately 7Months Male Cat’s vetting history (spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped): neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and revolution + Animals story: (where found and reason for wanting to rehome): Him and his sister were found at Orange city Home Depot.  I trapped them to get them fixed and realized he was friendly ! And so sweet! I am able to pick him up and hold him for a few minutes. I think with time and lots of love he will come out of his shell as he is a little shy. He loves chin scratches, temptation treats, and lots of toys. If you adopt him please give him time to adjust.   Personality (shy, social, likes to be held, lap cat? Likes or dislikes): His is very shy, but with time he will be  more affectionate. Any Supplies that go with pet (food, litter, leash, cat box, bedding, toys): Toys, food What food is the cat eating (dry only, dry and wet): They are both eating dry and wet food :::::::::::Please know that cats need canned wet food given DAILY. Why? Because cats have a low thirst drive and actually NEED the moisture from the wet food! Wet food is 75 % water (dry FOOD only 10%) and giving them wet food daily will help them avoid Urinary tract issues (which can lead to litter box avoidance), kidney disease, obesity issues linked to diabetes and cardiac issues. You will save on vet bills too!  Limit the overly processed dry food and ensure cat eats all the wet food daily. At the VERY minimum each cat should get one 3oz. can of wet food a day or HALF of a 5.5oz. can a day (although we recommend double this). :::::::::::: More info here: FurryNationSalvation.Org/wetfood IF YOU WANT TO ADOPT: 1) Please show up with a cat carrier 2) Small adoption fee of: $25 3) I will call/text one month from adoption day just to make sure everything is going well 4) Please show up with your Driver's License. 5) Information sheet will be filled out (your information as well as mine) *Please know, that when you bring your newly adopted cat or kitten home, it is always BEST to place him/her in a very small room (bathroom works great) with their litter box, food, water, and bed for a few days to a few weeks. This way the animal can adjust much quicker and get acclimated to the new environment with less stress. All cats/kittens need time to adjust, so if you adopt please allow this. Thank you. Story
Rusty originally came to us because he was dumped, in a carrier with a red Chistmas ball attached to it, at Pet Supermarket. He was discovered near closing time. He was adopted. A year later I got a frantic call from his adopted yelling that she spent $350 at a vet( that we did not recommend), she was done with him. I told her to meet me at my vet with him now. When I arrived, the entire staff was already upset with owner. Rusty was in a room and owner already signed paperwork to have him put down. He was given the 1st of 2 injections. Owner put him in my arms and left. Like left the building, left the parking lot. I looked into his eyes. I could not do this. I was in tears. He was not ready to leave. I called my rescue sisters for advise. Rusty had a urinary blockage. Owner had recently had him shaved. ( It was winter!!!) In some cats, intense, ongoing stress can cause physical issues. That was the case for Rusty. My rescue sisters and I were all in agreement, if our vet could reverse the 1st shot we'd do whatever it took to heal his body and heart. I never ran so fast to get one if the vet techs yo take Rusty in the back to the vet to begin healing him. He was in the hospital 3 days and reblocked. We took him back. I rang in the New Year with Rusty at Veterinary Emergency Center of East Volusia 2023. He has since been in a loving home but due to owner health issues he needs to find a new home. He is exceptionally loving and affectionate, has not had any health issues but is not fond of dogs. If you'd like to give this big, beautiful boy a home please fill out our adoption application. https://www.facebook.com/share/r/jUZsqc9MraPgND3R/?mibextid=D5vuizhttps://www.jotform.com/IntegrityCatRescue/integrity-adoption-application Please fill out or adoption application to be pre approved: https://www.jotform.com/IntegrityCatRescue/integrity-adoption-application We are a 501c3 charity cat and kitten rescue We have a few of our fosters "in residence" at Pet Supermarket #323 located at 3829 SOUTH NOVA ROAD,( Nova & Dunlawton next to Publix) Port Orange. Find us “Furry Nation Salvation” on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Located in: Port Orange, FL 386-295-2755 (***please read this before calling-thank you*** ). Meet Kanaloa ! She is 7 weeks old. She is part of the “Tiki 5” litter and dumped at a Tiki Bar at a restaurant in Ormond. They were all friendly and easy to tell they were not born there and is when we were called to take them into our rescue. She has her first distemper vaccine, revolution on for fleas, and dewormed twice for internal parasites. Her adoption fee includes his neuter, remaining vaccines, and microchipping. PERSONALITY: She is not only GORGEOUS, but also a sweet little gal and is easy to hold and pet. She also loves to play. I have a very active home with kids and other pets and she would do well in any home. Very social. They are using cat box well and eating lots of wet food. Friskies pate wet food Twice daily (no dry has been given). READ at the very bottom to learn why it is actually vital for cats to get wet food daily (and why limiting the crappy dry food is key). LESS VET BILLS for You & longer life for kitty! VETTING: Kanaloa is not big enough to be fixed but her future spay/neuter, Rabies, distemper Vaccines and microchip is ALL INCLUDED. They also have flea prevention on too and have been dewormed. Also with first kitten vaccine. We get them back around 4-5 months of age for spay/neuter/vaccinations & can make it work for anyone’s work schedule.. Want to use your own vet?
