Story
Lucas is 11/2 yr old. He is lovable. Very smart, almost too smart. He opens every cabinet and drawer. He is very curious about everything. He likes to sit on the back porch. There no way off it. He needs a home that can challenge him to keep him put of trouble and has more time for keeping his mind busy. He gets bored with toys quickly and needs them changed up regularly. Loves to tunnels and climbing.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Oscar is a bit shy but is learning to trust and love our volunteers.  He is a handsome guy and is hoping you will give him a chance to be your best friend.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. Please note: All CatRangers cats and kittens are spayed or neutered as a part of their adoption package, which also includes testing for feline aids (FIV) and Feline Leukemia (Felv), age appropriate vaccines, flea and other parasite treatments and a microchip. If you adopt a young kitten that is not old enough for surgery, we will schedule a surgery appointment after the adoption. Special breed descriptions listed in our kitty¹s profiles are based on information we have about their other family members when available, as well as traits that match those breeds. Most of our cats and kittens are mixed breeds unless specified otherwise. How our Adoption Process Works: We take loving care to help match the right kitty with the right family.  1. Ideally identify a couple of kitty candidates on our website, use the advanced search capability to find what you need.  You can also tell our team what you are looking for and they will help with suggestions.  If you are seeing our kitties on an adoption website you may want to pop on over to www.catrangers.org where we often have even more pictures. 2. Fill out an application online at catrangers.org. Once we have an application our adoption team can work with you to arrange appointments for either virtual or in person meetings with candidate kitties.  Kittens are kept in foster homes to make sure they are being properly socialized.  Visits may be virtual, at foster's home or at the CatRangers Center in Buford. 3. Our adoption team conducts a brief phone call with you and later, a virtual home visit, to make sure you are fully prepared for your new kitty. Our team also checks with your vet and personal references.   (We really want to you and our kitty to have the very best chance for a lifetime of loving success.) 4. Once application is approved and adoption fee is paid, we reserve the kitty you have selected. The adoption fee includes all vaccines up to the time of adoption. Kitties have been Felv/FIV tested, treated for fleas and parasites, and have been microchipped. Your adoption fee includes a spay/neuter if your selected kitty has not already been altered. Some kitties are very popular and you need to move quickly to select those you are interested in and get through the process for your first choice as a furever friend. However, please do be patient with our volunteer team. And while you are on our website, if you are interested in volunteering or fostering, please fill out applications! About CatRangers CatRangers rescues kitties that are facing imminent danger such as euthanasia in animal control facilities or risk of abandonment. Story
Meet Checkers! =^..^= Hello there, my name is Checkers and I am a handsome Flame-Point Siamese Mix. I have gorgeous cream coloring with tabby points at my ears, nose, tail, and feet! I also have phenomenal crystal blue eyes that will melt your heart. I am approximately 5 years old and I weigh about 8.6 pounds. I am a very friendly, affectionate, and playful fella. I get along well with other cats and enjoy hanging out with my buddies, Toby and Rozlynn. I enjoy being held, pet, and brushed too. I love to lounge on a big fluffy pillow and watch as the birds visit the feeders every day - sometimes I chirp back at them! I am litter box trained as well. Currently, I am up for adoption. If you are interested in learning more about me, please put in an application online or call the Humane Society of Forsyth County at 770-887-6480 for more information on me, Tuesday through Sunday. I look forward to meeting you! All my love and big blue eyes, Checkers! =^..^=

Story
Metro Atlanta, GA Preferred - Courtesy Listing Contact:  Passionforanimals5017@gmail.com Cannot believe this beauty is still available! Lovely Miss Mochi is a beautiful young Siamese Mix cat, ~ 12 months old, that was destined for tragedy as she was found around a busy construction site whose owner was nearby but didn’t care about her.  So the good Samaritan, who Miss Mochi, walked right to and let this person pick her up (that almost NEVER happens!) and put her in her car.  She called us, and we immediately said we’d take her.  Little Miss Mochi was purring and so sweet and very grateful to be safe and inside.  Once at the good Samaritan’s home, she ate, drank, and slept ALL day.  Poor thing was so tired and probably a little dehydrated!  She’s been combo tested, vaccinated, and dewormed. She was spayed at the end of September. She is a bit shy... but comes around quickly!  She is a bold sweet kitty, lovely cat, who would love to be around another kitty. She is a stunning cat with big personality. You will love this even keeled girl. CONTACT:  Passionforanimals@gmail.com and we will respond ASAP!! Always a trial period.  We try hard to find the best fit for every home. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.June 9, 2023, 11:05 am
