Siamese kittens & cats in Flushing, Michigan

These 2 boys were super scared when they came in, you had to use gloves. NOT from feral cat either, but a hoarder. These 2 lived in gross conditions and abused. Working with them for socialization therapy and rehabilitation training. They are love bugs. Just want LOVE. 1 does play love bites, not hard. If you say "ouch" he gives kisses. Total teddy bear. His brother still a tad shy but wants to be close not in your lap yet. These 2 boys would do best in a home with 1 or 2 other fixed cats- over 7 years of age. Past the crazy kitten play. They seem to do well with a mature fixed chill-axed male or female cat. They use the cat box and cat post- Will need a bedroom to start off with for a month or 2 to adjust to new home before meeting other animals. They are medium sized. So backstory. Family Member took these 2 kitties from owner(not like they even knew) these 2 that were scared of everything including sounds. Just too many in 1 home. We were told the dad was Siamese but the mom was an American Short hair. These 2 boys are just needing a forever home - urgently Foster mom is in her 70's and unfortunately can not foster due to health issues. Urgent Home needed Owner Had a Stroke and is slowly getting his speech back - Owner is in His 80's This cat has been with him since a Kitten and has had Asthma as a Kitten.He used to get a puffer 4x a day. Now he gets 2 shots a month which helps. How ever He still needs a forever home That will continue his care needs for the rest of his life. He has been with another cat(it is fixed and chipped and is a hypo cat which does make his asthma less of an issue). Oddly This cat is allergic to cats with Medium - long coats also. This Cat is a Sweetheart. Head butts you when you go up to him Thanks you when you clean the cat box. Because He has Asthma He can only Use Naturally Fresh Cat Litter. This is Walnut based and dust free. Sadly Due to asthma And allergies anesthetic is not able to be used on him(both vets He has seen stated this, Said he would not wake up from surgery). He has been around 3 other boy cats in His life and was ok with the neutered non alpha males. He is a medium to Large Size kitty. He really is a good cat that will need a Mom or Dad that will keep him for life-INSIDE ONLY/NO DECLAW. He does have allergies to some outside- nature items like pollen and some grass when lawns are cut. He hates liquid medication so a pill in a teaspoonful of wet food was done for his medications. He is looking for a forever home. He can be needy at times, but usually is happy with a large perch looking out the window. (The Owner would also consider placing the other cat in home with him). These 2 cats Are sweet and loving and Will thank you for doing the cat box. They do not fight and respect each others space. Cas are fixed. There is 3 of them. 2 girls 1 boy. Born July 2020 and March 2021. All 3 in same home. 1 male has zoomies a lot, his sister has random burst and mostly mellow. 3rd is a submissive girl very shy/timid. They may be ok with a teenager in the home. No young children!!!! He gets along with most other cats but his roughhouse can be, well, rough.  When Lewis first came here. he was sequestered, like all new arrivals. He ate plenty of canned food as well as dry food, but, since his integration into the household he does not eat canned food as often. He has boundless energy, but also enjoys lounging about. He may seem skittish when foster dad approaches, but more often just enjoys being petted.  He will respond tp foster aunt when she calls him but not foster dad. Lewis needs a quiet home without any children, cats, or dogs. Remy is a Lilac Point Siamese born on June 14, 2023.  He is still very much a kitten and seems to be learning some bad habits from his 'big sister' Cinnamon. Remy has been showing great improvement in accepting people and is becoming friendlier.  He gets along great with other cats. Foster dad thinks she may get along with older children (teenagers). He sometimes acts like he does not want human interaction. But his true self is rising to the occasion as he always comes to foster dad when he is climbing into bed. Remy is also very vocal when getting ready for bed. Remy loves being petted with back-scratching and belly-rubs. He will spend at least half the night sleeping alongside foster dad. Cinnamon is a Tortie Point Siamese born on 11/25/22.  We just missed her birthday!    She wants to have her back scratched  but doesn’t  enjoy human contact.  She will position herself to have her back scratched and will flip and flop the more she is scratched, and,  the more she is scratched, the more she will roll over for a belly rub.  Cinnamon does her best to avoid human interaction but we are optimistic that with love and patience, she will come around. Foster dad believes that her love of back scratching will eventually overcome her discomfort with human contact.  Cinnamon never gets belligerent whenever she is 'caught' but does her best to squirm away. It only gets a little tricky when her claws need to be clipped. It takes two people to clip her nails; one holding her and the other clipping her nails.  It is not an impossible task. She never lashes out with claws or bites, nor does she hiss during the procedure. She is totally ecstatic when the deed is done and happily scampers away.
