Story
Juno~born~May 2022Special Breed My name's Juno Guye. My sister Moe and I have an FELV+ status and have been together since the beginning, so we need to be adopted together. FELV+ cats need love too! After we left the Vets Office the first night that we were picked up, we went to the House. That's where the "boss lady" lives and we call her the Foster Human.Foster Human ended up being pretty nice once she was done feeding us "medicine" all the time.I was always different from my siblings since I'm a Siamese but I also don't fully fit the descriptions of a Lilac Pointe Siamese... So let's just say I'm a Juno.I get along great with everyone but I am the quieter one and usually stay off to the side. The dog though is out and about so I try to get along with him but he just gets so over the top and I have to distance from that. It would be nice to find a home where there's not so many others around where maybe I could feel more comfortable fitting in along with Moe. So if you'd like to have some one-on-one time you could apply for me and Moe. I'll accept you if you accept me(;* Just apply and we'll see *_____A special adoption fee is offered for FELV+ cats. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Cinnamon is a Tortie Point Siamese born on 11/25/22.   She has made tremendous progress since her arrival.  At first, she was very uneasy with human contact, Now, she will come up to me in bed and demand I give her attention. She will rub her cheek against my hand or arm, letting me know if she wants to be scratched. She loves back scratches.  In the morning she will precede me toward the kitchen and will often flop in the middle of the hall so I have to walk around her. She is not a lap-cat at this time, but I would not be surprised if one day she becomes one. Nail trimming has become easier. At first, Cinnamon was so squirmy, two people were needed to trim her claws. Cinnamon never tried to claw or bite to get away. Now one person can trim her nails.  she still squirms, but nothing like before. Mealtimes have changed as well. When cinnamon first got here, she was practically invisible and did she did not want to be seen. Now, she comes right up to me as I am dishing out breakfast for her and the other cats. She has a good appetite for both canned and dry food . Cinnamon gets along well with other cats. She acted as a protector for a kitten that has since been adopted. Once when she heard the kitten crying, she came charging out of the bedroom and let the older cat know she should leave the kitten alone.  After that kitten was adopted, cinnamon seem to be looking around the house for her little boy. Cinnamon is located in a foster home in Novi and her adoption fee is $200.  All MISR cats are spayed/neutered, FIV/FELV tested and are current on rabies and distemper shots. All known health issues have been addressed.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. Please inquire about this kitty on our official website:  http://mi-siamese-rescue.rescuegroups.org Our adoption policies and online form are located here: Adoption Information. MISR always accepts donations of lightly used cat carriers, cat trees/towers, and polartec delivery blankets.
