Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Cash—a ridiculously charming Siamese Seal Point who's just about a year old and already full of opinions. Cash didn’t just settle in… he made an entrance. He broke a record here by joining the resident cat crew after only two days of separation. Two days! He strutted out like, “Alright everyone, your new best friend has arrived,” and immediately started playing and mingling like he’d lived there forever. From day one, Cash crowned himself Snuggle King. He even slept under the covers with his foster dad—something that hasn’t happened in ages! While he still pops in for the occasional cuddle visit, he’s now claimed a personal throne: a wicker basket bursting with cat toys. At any hour—day or night—you can usually find him curled up in that cozy nest, living his best life. Do you love a chatty kitty? Perfect, because Cash has thoughts and he’s not shy about sharing them. He’ll happily narrate his day, tell you when he wants attention, and maybe even offer some commentary you didn’t ask for—but will definitely enjoy. If you have room in your home and heart for Cash, please complete an application today. All MISR cats are neutered or spayed, current on rabies and distemper, have tested negative for FIV/FELV and all known health issues have been addressed. The adoption fee for Cash is $300 and she is being fostered in Novi Michigan.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. Please inquire about this kitty on our official website:  http://mi-siamese-rescue.rescuegroups.org Our adoption policies and online form are located here: Adoption Information. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Hattie, a Siamese Chocolate Point, who is approximately 6 or 7 years. She is a beautiful girl with her stunning blue eyes She is SO special because she is SO loving! She loves to be around people it is her favorite thing in the world! If you are looking for a lap cat, Hattie is the girl you have been looking for. She would spend every waking minute in her human’s lap if you let her Foster dad says she makes the best sleeping buddy. Hattie does have one problem…if there is a heating pad in one of the cat beds, she is so torn between leaving that warm sleeping spot and the warmth of her human’s lap Guess that is a good problem to have! Hattie is not much of a talker, which is surprising for Siamese cats, but she does make tiny little sounds, and she does like to purr! Hattie must be an only kitty. She is a special needs kitty and has persistent nasal congestion that, despite medication, gives her moments of coughing. There are some indications of early onset kidney disease or a possible kidney injury and Hattie will need to be on special food for life. If you have room in your home and heart for Hattie, please complete an application today. All MISR cats are neutered or spayed, current on rabies and distemper, have tested negative for FIV/FELV and all known health issues have been addressed. The adoption fee for Hattie is $200 and she is being fostered in Novi Michigan.      Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. Story
Calling any and all people who have been mislabeled shy, emotional, reserved, or reclusive. When really you just take caution regarding the energy you allow into the peaceful life you've created. Freddy a 1-year-old male Siamese feels exactly that same way. He lives a quiet, serene lifestyle that requires some patience and time as he learns new faces and environments. Other feline companionship seems to really help Freddy feel more confident and would benefit him greatly in his forever home. If you're willing to take things slow in turn for a joyous experience watching Freddy blossom into the guy he truly is, please stop in and talk to cat staff. -Good with cats (prefers having another cat in the home) - Will do best in a home without dogs or kids -Age: 1 year and 7 months old -Adoption fee: $100 This cat is currently housed at our shelter. If you are interested, please come in at your earliest availability during our open hours, no appointment necessary. We do same-day adoptions, do not hold cats and work on a first-come, first-served basis as long as it is an excellent fit for both parties. Story
Tangerine is part of a bonded pair with his sister, Lemon, and must be adopted together. (https://www.adoptapet.com/pet/47106987-chelsea-michigan-cat) We’re are looking to rehome our bonded sibling cats, Lemon (female) and Tangerine (male). They’re 2 years old (turned 2 this past June), have their claws (not declawed), and were raised alongside a baby/toddler, so they are very gentle, tolerant, and people-friendly. They’re the kind of cats who don’t hide when company comes over — they like to be part of the action and they love to cuddle. About Tangerine (male): A little skittish at first, but warms up quickly. Extremely affectionate. A sweet, cuddly “lover” personality. Their story: My brother rescued them as 4-week-old kittens from a busy road (they were the only survivors from the litter). They’ve been loved and cared for since. Bonus included: Each cat comes with a FREE Feeder-Robot by Whisker

Story
*****MUST BE AN ONLY PET***** Hi there, I'm Buddy (DOB 9-2-17)! I'm a friendly guy who loves a good cuddle. I'm sweet and gentle, always ready to purr and nuzzle into a warm lap. My loyalty knows no bounds; once I've chosen you as my person, you'll have a friend for life. I'm FIV Positive, but don't worry, I'm still the same lovable Buddy. My condition doesn't change my playful and affectionate nature. Adopting me means adding a bundle of love and joy to your life. I promise to make every day brighter with my sweet purrs and gentle cuddles. Buddy has been neutered, given age/weight appropriate vaccines, and dewormed. The adoption fee is $200. Adoption fees include neuter, age/weight appropriate vaccines and deworming. If you are interested in adopting this handsome guy, please complete an adoption request form on our website www.pawsanimalrescue.net. Must be at least 21 years old to apply.
