****SPECIAL NEEDS ADOPTER NEEDED****Sapphire was adopted from us a kitten. This January (2026) in one of the coldest days of the year, she was found at local farm where she had jumped into a bucket of water. She was brought to the shelter, not only shivering, but as her exam went on, there was so much more. She was severely dehydrated, under weight (6 lbs) and malnourished, and with a back leg limp, that was an old fracture that has long since healed. We called the person that had adopted her and they told us they had given her away, then a relative called stating they had had her, but then rehomed her last year. When asked who, they did not know, she had been given to some one who had responded to a social media post in regards to them looking to rehome her (keep in mind, we always take our animals back, no one had reached out). We ran blood work and it wasn`t great to say the least. She went into foster care to get her back on track medically. Sapphire was a loving girl from the start, taking fluids and testing like a champ. She is currently in early stages of kidney disease but her bloodwork this past month was awesome. But, this now 11 lb sweet girl needs to keep on Hill`s Science Diet K/D to keep her as healthy as she can be. We know the food is costly, but it is keeping her healthy and happy. She needs a special person to give this girl a forever home!

Bronze is about 4 months old and an absolute lovebug. She’s a total Velcro kitty who loves cuddling, belly rubs, and being close to her people. She’s also a nonstop biscuit maker—those little paws are always working! Bronze had a rough start as a stray and developed an infection in her right eye that went untreated, leaving scar tissue behind. Despite lots of care and trying different drops, her eye has not improved as we hoped, and it will most likely need to be removed. We’re continuing to work through her eye care while also looking for her forever home. She is available foster-to-adopt while she is awaiting her upcoming surgery. Bronze doesn’t let her eye slow her down one bit. She’s an incredibly affectionate, happy little girl with so much love to give. She’s truly special and deserves a family who sees just how wonderful she is. Adoption is $200 which includes her spay, age-appropriate vaccines, microchip and current monthly prevention. She is a gentle, shy girl who can feel overwhelmed by new people and unfamiliar surroundings. Zaza is a stunning blue-eyed girl who would love to be the center of attention in your home! At 8 years old, she's the perfect mix of kitten energy and adult sensibility. Zaza is a girl with hobbies-- she enjoys birdwatching, staying hydrated, and napping. She keeps herself busy then will happily greet you at the door after a long day of work. She's not much of a lap cat, but she's happy to sit next to you for pets! Zaza reportedly played and cuddled with the dogs in her last home. She'd likely do well living with dogs again with proper introductions.
