Story
Meet Soho, a beautiful young Siamese mama with a gentle soul and a quiet charm. At just about a year old, she’s still very much a kitten herself, but she carries herself with a calm, laid-back energy that makes her a lovely companion. Soho can be a little cautious and shy when meeting new people, but give her a little time and patience and you’ll see her true personality shine. Once she feels safe, she absolutely loves attention and will happily soak up pets and affection from her favorite humans. She’s the kind of cat who enjoys a peaceful home, a cozy spot to relax, and someone nearby to give her some love. If you’re looking for a sweet, chill companion who will quietly become your little shadow once she trusts you, Soho just might be your girl. Currently in a foster home in Chattanooga, TN, and available for transport to a number of locations within the continental United States. Please note: We are unable to adopt to residents of Massachusetts at this time. To apply, complete our official adoption application at yourlocalfurmama.com/adoption-application. Petfinder inquiries are not considered applications. Once your application is received, a member of our Adoptions Team will contact you within 2–3 business days.

Story
Selkie and his brother Nugget were recently brought back to FFF after their beloved mom (and one of our beloved fosters) was given a terminal medical diagnosis. Understandably, both boys are very confused, scared and distressed. Under normal circumstances, Nugget is leery of new people but loves his humans fiercely. Its been a few weeks this new foster mom, and Nugget is starting to lean into head scratches and showing off his low purrs. Hes still very scared and confused;m, though. Selkie is nervous at first, but this handsome boy warmed up to his new foster momma quickly when she first met him at their previous home. He loves being petted and especially loves wet food time! Hell rub up against things while he attempts to patiently wait for scratches. Like his brother, Selkie loves to be with his humans. Given the change in their lives, we think theyd do best in a home without dogs and small kids in order to give them the best chance at a forever home.

Story
Hi! Im Sagwa! Im a sweet and shy girl that loves to strut my stuff. My foster parents keep trying to hold me um whats the deal with that? Im much more comfortable finding my own spot to lounge and showing off my beauty from afar. You can look but you cant touch, ya know what I mean? Well sometimes I do like a good scritch. Especially when other cats are around so I know youre good people. If Im being truthful, hanging out with other cats is my favorite thing to do! I think if I was an only cat, though, I might come out of my shell more. Its so easy to let the others take the spotlight (especially when it comes to being held). So what do ya say? How could you not want me in your home?!

Story
Life on the streets was all Attie knew until she was trapped as part of a colony TNR project. Given the choice between her old life and a cozy indoor life, Attie decided she was ready for a change (unlimited pets for the win!). While she immediately purrs when receiving affection, she is still adjusting to the indoor life and will require a patient adopter to help her feel safe. Attie also loves other friendly cats, and they help give her confidence.

Story
Taji and Tally are sweet sisters who were rescued at a residence in North Chattanooga where they were born. They are just three years old. Taji is totally adorable with big blue eyes, she is very sweet but a little shy and would do best in a quiet adult home. She would like to be adopted with her sister or have another kitty for a buddy. EMAIL: JPECATz@aol.com
