Good with cats: Toast would prefer to be the only kitty, but yes, as always a proper slow introduction will be required as with any other kitties being introduced to a home. Litter box trained: She's working really hard on training, does well in small spaces but has some accidents when open to full house as she has some anxiety! Meet Toast! Toast was found abandoned and left to fend for herself. We quickly took her in and worked on finding her a home. Toast was adopted, but has since been surrendered as the home is not the right fit for her. Toast has anxiety and needs a more calm and quiet environment to thrive vs the busy home she is in now. Toast does well with other kitties that are mild in behavior. She 100% poops in the litter box but sometimes has pee accidents if overwhelmed. She does very well when she is in a smaller space with all of her things and does not have potty accidents in those settings. Toast is affectionate and sweet! She enjoys being pet, playing and eating all the snacks! Lounging in the sun is a great past time and she is just a great cat overall! Benny's owners brought him to the vet to be euthanized. The vet felt there was nothing wrong with him to merit that treatment and called Castoff to see if we would take him. We did. Now he's looking for someone to love him like he should have been all along! Benny is FIV positive and will have to go to a one cat home.
