Story
Do-Si-Do has two very important priorities in life: eating absolutely everything in sight and being held like the precious little baby he knows he is. And honestly? He's pretty good at both. Let's start with the food situation. Do-Si-Do is what we like to call an enthusiastic eater. His foster family might use a slightly different word: GREEDY. This boy is extremely food motivated and takes mealtime VERY seriously. If there's food involved, you can bet Do-Si-Do is going to be first in line, ready to make sure he gets his fair share. And possibly someone else's share, too. But don't let his bottomless appetite fool you. Beneath that food-obsessed exterior is one of the biggest little sweethearts you'll ever meet. Do-Si-Do absolutely LOVES being held. Scoop him up into your arms, and this sweet boy will happily settle in, get comfortable, and drift right off to sleep. While some kittens have places to be and things to investigate, Do-Si-Do is perfectly content turning his favorite human into a personal mattress. In fact, he's become his foster family's daughter's absolute favorite, and it's not hard to understand why. There's something pretty special about a kitten who feels so safe and loved in your arms that he falls asleep without a care in the world. And his big heart doesn't stop with his humans. Do-Si-Do is also a protective little brother who looks out for his siblings. He may be a tiny guy with an enormous appetite, but he takes his family seriously and has a sweet, caring side that makes him even more lovable. Speaking of family, there's one very important thing you should know about Do-Si-Do. He's bonded to his brother, Thin Mint, and these two MUST be adopted together! While Thin Mint is busy investigating every nook and cranny, Do-Si-Do is probably checking to see whether anyone has opened a can of food. They may have their own unique personalities, but these brothers share a special bond, and we want them to spend the rest of their lives together. Do-Si-Do is the perfect combination of food-loving goofball, professional cuddle bug, and devoted brother. He's got enough personality to keep you laughing and enough love to make your heart melt. If you're looking for two sweet boys to bring twice the love and twice the entertainment into your home, Do-Si-Do and Thin Mint are ready to meet you. Just remember: when you adopt Do-Si-Do, you're getting a lifetime supply of cuddles, a very enthusiastic dinner guest, and one extra cookie named Thin Mint. And really, who could say no to that? Currently in a foster home in Chattanooga, TN, and available for transport to a number of locations within the continental United States. Please note: We are unable to adopt to residents of Massachusetts at this time. To apply, complete our official adoption application at yourlocalfurmama.com/adoption-application. Petfinder inquiries are not considered applications. Once your application is received, a member of our Adoptions Team will contact you within 2–3 business days.

Story
Meet Willow! Those eyes. Deep green, wide, and quietly taking in everything in the room — Willow has the watchful, unbothered calm of a much older cat, and once they've landed on you, they don't easily look away. Willow is a 10-week-old Siamese and Bombay mix, and it looks like she took the best from both: the sleek, glossy black coat of a Bombay and the long, elegant lines and expressive eyes of a Siamese. She is remarkably smart — the kind of smart that solves a toy on the first try, then decides she would rather sit back and watch you try. Willow loves to play, and she plays with intent: pouncing, chasing, and batting whatever is just out of paw's reach. But here's what makes Willow special. For all the kitten energy, she is stoic in a way that's hard to explain at ten weeks old. She'll settle into a warm spot, tuck her little paws beneath her, and quietly survey the whole room like a tiny black emperor holding court. She doesn't need constant attention or constant noise — she is perfectly content just hanging out, as long as you're nearby. And then there are the snuggles. When the games are done and the room has been thoroughly inspected, Willow folds herself into your arms and melts — warm, purring, and completely at peace. She is the kitten who will follow you from room to room in the daytime and be curled against you by evening.
