Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Ever had one of those days where someone throws you in their trunk and dumps you in a strip of trees near the highway? That happened to me, but luckily I made the smart choice and entered the magic portal with yummy snacks. Sure, I had another car ride but things were really comfy in my foster home and I got tons of food and cuddles. I never knew there was this thing where you can sit on a human's lap and get petted until you fall asleep - I'm really getting the hang of it. I think I'm 8 or 9 months old and I'm totally litter box trained and well mannered. I do OK with other pets. I'm shy and I hide easily so I would like a quiet, indoor only home where my people will be patient and give me lots of TLC. I purr easily and I LOVE to be petted or combed or just sit and hear kind words. I'm total love bug so what do you think? If you would like to meet me, please apply here: https://www.rocketrescue.org/forms/form?formid=5196Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 14, 2025, 1:11 pm

Meet Spice! Spice is an adorable siamese lynx point boy with a whole lot of spunk and charm packed into one tiny body! With his striking blue eyes and bold personality, Spice lives up to his name—he’s got just the right amount of siamese-tude. This boy is a total lover boy! His love language is definitely physical touch. If you are home, he likes to be right next to you. Spice is a playful, curious little guy who loves zooming after string toys and batting rolling balls across the floor like a pro. When playtime winds down, he climbs to the very top of the cat tree for a well-deserved nap—he definitely prefers the penthouse suite! He is a total foodie. Mealtime is a full-on event for Spice—he growls with delight as he devours his nightly wet food (it’s equal parts hilarious and heart-melting). He also gets along great with other cats and dogs! He is currently fostered with three large dogs and his best friend Sugar who is also available for adoption! If you’re looking for a kitten with a big personality and a flair for the dramatics, Spice is your perfect match! Don’t miss out on this handsome little man! Story
Mortimer may be a little shy at first, but give him a moment and you’ll see his true colors shine through. Once he knows you’re safe, he blossoms into a loving, affectionate companion who craves attention and cuddles. This handsome guy has had a rough start—he spent time outside where he was often picked on by other cats. Because of that, he’s understandably cautious in new situations. But don’t let that scare you off—Mortimer is all heart. He just wants to feel safe and loved. Mortimer has tested positive for FIV but keep reading: FIV is only transmitted through deep blood-drawing bite wounds. FIV+ cats can happy lives in socialized multi-cat households. FIV+ cats do not have a higher incidence of illness, and live the same lifespan as non FIV+ cats. Adoption fee is $100
