❤️ Special Home Needed for a Very Special Girl ❤️ Sometimes the cats who need us the most aren't the ones who immediately climb into our laps. We have a beautiful 4-year-old brown Siamese girl who came to us after being picked up by ACS with her kittens. Her babies are friendly, happy little kitties, but Momma is a different story. This beautiful girl is spicy, frightened, and unsure of people. She cannot be held right now, and the world can still be a pretty scary place for her. But we don't believe that means she doesn't deserve a loving home. We believe she simply needs someone who is willing to give her time, patience, and the chance to learn that she is safe. 🐾 Since coming into rescue, she has been spayed and brought up to date on her vaccinations, so now we're hoping to find the special person who will take the next step with her. 🏡 We are looking for a patient, understanding adopter who doesn't expect an instant lap cat. Someone who will let her come out of her shell at her own pace. Someone who understands that sitting quietly in the same room, offering treats, playing with a wand toy, or simply giving her a safe place to observe the world can be a huge step forward. Maybe she will never be the type of cat who wants to be carried around. And that's okay. Maybe her way of saying "I love you" will be sitting beside you instead of on your lap. Maybe she'll eventually accept a gentle touch. Maybe she'll surprise us all. What she needs most is someone willing to give her the opportunity to find out. ❤️ We are asking our rescue community: 🐾 Is there someone out there who would be willing to give this beautiful girl a chance? We are willing to negotiate her adoption fee for the right person and the right application. This isn't about finding just anyone for her. It's about finding the person who understands that earning the trust of a frightened cat can be one of the most rewarding experiences there is. Meeko is a very affectionate and energetic Lynx Point Siamese around 11 months of age. He was found as a kitten and immediately warmed up to just about everyone. He is wonderful with kids, and has been kind to small dogs, but he seems to be unsocialized when it comes to cat behaviour. He requires a lot of attention, though he doesn't often care what kind. He likes going outdoors, chatting to his humans non stop, and laying on you at the most inconvenient times only. He would be a wonderful addition to a household that has the time and space for him to feel loved and cared for, and not get bored. Whether that means human companions or otherwise.

Mr. Meow is a big time cuddler. He enjoys being outside as much as possible and hanging around his people. He takes a while to warm up to as he is very cautious of most people. As long as you approach him gently and patiently he’ll be all over you in no time. I adopted him from the shelter 4 years ago. At the time we had a nice house with a large yard for him to lounge around in. Now he is not doing well in apartment living. He would love a home with lots of affection and indoor/ outdoor activities.

We are heart-brokenly rehoming our sweet pair purely due to severe family allergies. They are wonderful, healthy cats, but our health no longer allows us to keep them in our main living space.They’re a quiet, sweet pair of siblings. To be honest, they are naturally shy at first and need a little time and grace to warm up to new places and people.Once they feel safe, their gentle side comes out completely. They’ve been wonderful with our kids, providing the sweetest, quiet comfort on tough days. Since they rely on each other for confidence, they do best adopted together as a bonded pair.A patient, allergy-free home willing to give them a little time to settle in.
