Meet Lovell — a bright-eyed little explorer with a heart full of quiet charm and just the right touch of affection.
Lovell is about 2 ½ years old, and he’s reached that perfect stage in life where he’s past the wild kitten chaos but still full of curiosity, personality, and playful spirit. The first thing you’ll notice about him is those big, beautiful blue eyes—they’re the kind that stop you in your tracks. They’re expressive, soulful, and always taking in the world around him. Pair that with his soft, adorable little coat, and you’ve got a cat who is truly hard to forget.
Lovell is the kind of cat who enjoys life on his own terms—in the best way. He’s independent and confident, happily exploring new rooms, sniffing out every corner, and making himself at home wherever he goes. New environments don’t faze him much; he’s naturally curious and enjoys figuring things out at his own pace. Watching him investigate his surroundings is part of his charm—he’s thoughtful, observant, and just a little bit mischievous in that endearing way cats can be.

But while Lovell values his independence, he also has a very sweet and affectionate side. He enjoys pets and attention, and when he’s in the mood (which is often), he’ll happily soak up your affection. He’s not overly demanding, but he makes it known when he wants love—and it’s always a special moment when he does. He strikes that wonderful balance between being a companion and giving you space, making him a great fit for someone who appreciates a cat with both personality and independence.
One of Lovell’s most charming features is his adorable little meow. He’s a talker, and he isn’t shy about sharing his thoughts with you. Available for adoption in NV, MT, CO, UT, ID, OR, WA, VT, CT, VA, NY, PA, OH, MN, WI, IL, IN, KY, TN, MD, NC, SC & Canada (Canadian adopter must pick up in Washington state i.e. Bellingham, WA or closest U.S stop)! Our cats are brought to you in style by a beautiful private bus, equipped with air conditioning for comfort, two drivers, and 2 onboard attendants providing 24-hour care. Pick-up day is unforgettable! You will get to follow along on their journey through a private Facebook Event page, where you will see photos, have the opportunity to connect with other adopters, and receive updates and constant communication along the way. One of our Adoption Coordinators can help to find the closest transport pick-up location to you!
The adoption fee is $800 and includes all vetting: FVRCP vaccines (minimum of 2 but could be more depending on age and time in the program), FeLV vaccines, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, combo tested, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a health certificate deeming the kitty healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship!

The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This kitty you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it!
Three Little Pitties Rescue (3LP) wants to set you and your new family member up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby you also receive other additional perks such as a code for a free bag of cat litter AND a code for 50% off a 2nd bag of litter from Catalyst Pet, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our Facebook Adopters group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescues and will require continued efforts but are well on their way to being the best kitties that they can be! We ask that you give them time (can take weeks to months) to decompress in their new home, do slow introductions to other pets and let their true personalities have a chance to come through.
