WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org Meet Rome – Cuteness overload, part of the Italy litter 10 weeks old • 10 lbs • Future 35–40 lb heartbreaker Rome may be small right now, but he’s got dreams of being a big dog someday… preferably one with unlimited toys, endless snacks, and a personal human assistant to throw tennis balls on demand. This adorable little guy is your classic, all-inclusive puppy package: ✔ Silly zoomies ✔ Champion butt wiggles ✔ Sloppy puppy kisses ✔ Random bursts of chaos ✔ And a mysterious talent for stealing a sock Rome absolutely loves people and thinks everyone he meets is his new best friend. He’s playful, social, and gets along great with other dogs. At 10 weeks old and around 10lbs(for a puppy second!), he’s in full puppy mode — curious about everything, brave about nothing, and convinced the world is one giant playground. His mom was a petite 20-lb mix, and dad… well, dad is a bit of a mystery man. We’re guessing maybe some Beagle in there thanks to those adorable hound ears and sweet, soulful expressions. Whatever his recipe is, it resulted in one seriously cute and lovable pup! Rome is expected to be around 35–40 lbs when fully grown — the perfect medium-sized adventure buddy. Big enough for hikes and road trips, small enough to still fit on your lap (he insists). What to expect if you adopt Rome: • Puppy shenanigans on the daily • Lots of laughter • A shadow that follows you everywhere • Temporary sharp teeth and nails (puppy hardware!) • A lifetime supply of love and loyalty If you’re ready to add a goofy, affectionate, sock-thieving bundle of joy to your life, Rome is packed up and ready to move in! Apply today at haydudeequine.org and let this lil guy wiggle his way straight into your heart!!

Story
Meet Mahogany aka Maggie, a sweet and shy ~2 -3 year old spayed female small terrier mix, weighing about 15 lbs! Maggie was rescued from a hoarding/neglect case in Kentucky along with the other Tree pups (Magnolia, Pine, Sycamore, etc.). She is currently being fostered in CT and is ready to find her furever home!  Maggie is a shy/nevous girl who takes some time to trust and warm up to new people. She wants so badly to connect with people, but she is scared and unsure. Once she knows you are safe, she is a sweet girl. She is looking for someone who will be patient with her and give her a little time and space to come to them on her own terms. She is worth the wait!   Maggie is good with other dogs, people, and older kids 8+ who know to respect a dog's space (due to her nervous/timid nature). She has not been cat tested, but we feel she would likely be fine with cats.  She is medically up to date, housebroken (expect accidents the first few days while acclimating to a new environment/routine), and crate trained. Apply to meet this special girl today!  Click HERE for Adoption Application: pawsrescueleague.org/adopt Adoption fees vary based on the dog and are not negotiable. As a small rescue that does not receive government funding or grants, we rely on adoption fees to stay afloat. Adoption fees help cover the following: vaccinations, wellness exams, heartworm/4DX testing, parasite prevention, spay/neuter (age-appropriate), microchipping, transport expenses, and other rescue-related overhead/administrative costs. Paws Rescue League, Inc is an all-inclusive rescue that does NOT only rescue puppies and young, healthy dogs.  We make a point to also rescue seniors, dogs with special needs, moms, and other “less desirable” dogs, knowing that we will likely incur higher veterinary expenses and that these dogs may take longer to get adopted.  As such, an individual adoption fee is not only reimbursing PRL for expenses directly related to that dog, but it is also helping us to continue our mission of taking in dogs that would otherwise be too much of a financial burden to save. We believe that ALL dogs deserve a second chance. Thank you for your support and understanding! ##2556206##

Story
Meet Mars, a super cute ~3 month old male small/medium terrier mix puppy, currently weighing about 15 lbs! Mars and his siblings (Bruno, Bandit, Baxter, and Amore) were surrendered to PRL along with their mom, Mamcita (21 lbs) when they were about 6 weeks old. We believe they came from a hoarding/backyard breeding situation, which is sadly very common in TN.  We do not know what Dad is, but based on their age and current weight, we think they will likely grow to medium sized dogs (30-40 lbs is our best guess).  Mars is a typical happy, playful puppy who loves everyone! Good with other dogs, cats, people, and kids. Young puppies are like blank slates who, with proper training and socialization, will grow into wonderful dogs. From Mars' current foster:  “Bruno and Mars are sweet, playful, crate trained, go potty outside if brought out frequently, super cuddly, smart little yin-yang squiggles!” He is medically up to date (age appropriate), crate trained, and working on housebreaking (doing very well!). Apply to meet Mars today!  Click HERE for Adoption Application: pawsrescueleague.org/adopt Adoption fees vary based on the dog and are not negotiable. Story
Meet Mamacita, a super sweet ~2 year old spayed female small terrier mix, weighing about 21 lbs! Mamacita is the loving mama to Bruno, Mars, Bandit, Baxter, and Amore. Mamacita came from a neglectful situation, but she has really blossomed and is enjoying a taste of love and affection! She is ready to retire from her mama duties and find a furever home of her own. She is good with other mellow, respectful dogs (not a fan of exuberant dogs in her face), people, and kids. She has not been cat tested, so we are unsure how she would do with cats. From Mamasita's current foster:  "Mamasita is sweet, cuddly, likes belly rubs, good with dogs but doesn’t like annoying dogs in her face. House and crate trained." She is medically up to date, housebroken, and crate trained.
