Huey: Your Goofy, Cuddly Adventure Buddy
Huey is an Australian Cattle Dog mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He’s curious, playful, sweet, and just plain goofy—and once he knows you, he has no problem showing you his affectionate, cuddly side. Huey loves his people and has all the makings of a loyal best friend.
Playtime is one of Huey’s favorite things! He absolutely loves toys, especially squeaky toys, tug-of-war, and playing fetch. He’ll happily keep the game going for as long as you’re willing—but one of the things we love about him is that he also knows when it’s time to stop. After some fun and zoomies, Huey is perfectly happy to settle down and relax.
Huey is also doing great in the home. He’s house-trained and crate-trained, knows “sit,” and is comfortable settling in for some quiet time. He’s the kind of dog who can bring plenty of fun and personality to your day and then happily hang out with you afterward.
Huey enjoys social playgroups with other dogs and loves getting the chance to play and interact. He’s playful and responsive to guidance during his time with his dog friends.
When meeting new people, Huey can be a little shy at first. But give him a little time to feel comfortable, and you’ll get to see the sweet, affectionate dog underneath. With the people he trusts, Huey is a BIG cuddler and loves attention.
He’s an inquisitive boy who enjoys exploring, learning, and figuring things out. Whether he’s chasing a toy, investigating a new smell, showing off his goofy side, or curling up with a friend, Huey brings a lot of personality wherever he goes.
