You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Online Adoption Application › Introducing Noel. This young St Bernard mix pup came to DASH with her 2 siblings from being on the euthanasia list at a rural shelter. All of her siblings have been adopted and she is still waiting for her forever home. We have no idea why she is still with us as she is a wonderful dog. She is a typical puppy, very playful, affectionate and loves playing with toys and other dogs. She is currently in our DASH Prison Training Program and has mastered all of her basic commands. She is house broken and crate trained and walks well on a leash. her one quirk is that she likes to eat anything that can be found laying on the ground or floor, so her new family will need to continue to work with her on that. Being a large breed mix (we don't know what the actual mix is), she is going to need a fairly active family that can take her on adventures and keep her active. An apartment may not be the best fit for her. She does well with other dogs of all sizes, but has not been cat tested. Story
Hank is a 3 year old Bernese Mountain Dog/Australian Shepherd mix. We got him as a puppy from someone online in Cleveland and he has been a loving part of our family ever since. Hank is incredibly affectionate, great with kids, and loves being around people. He enjoys cuddling, playing fetch with tennis balls, and carrying around his favorite squeaky toys. We are looking for a home that can give him lots of love, attention, exercise, and companionship. He would do best with a family or individual who has time to play with him and include him in daily life. He is very active and would do well with someone who can take him on walks, trips to the dog park or has a large backyard. He could use some training on how to use his high energy he constantly wants to be on the move and we don’t have the time to give him the proper training he could use. Some words we would use to describe Hank are loving, playful, gentle, loyal, smart, affectionate, and energetic.
