To learn more about Saint, please get in touch with dogs@lostdogrescue.org. Saint will be at one of our adoption events this weekend! Visit our event page (https://www.lostdogrescue.org/events/) to see which one—event listings are usually updated on Fridays with attending dogs. Meet Saint: part dog, part small horse, part drool-powered love machine. This gentle giant is every bit as sweet as his name suggests. Saint greets new friends with soft sniffs, happy tail wags, and the kind of calm presence that makes you instantly feel like you’ve known him forever. He’s sweet, friendly, wonderfully slobbery, and fully committed to the St. Bernard lifestyle of “big body, bigger heart.” On walks, Saint is easygoing and thoughtful, taking time to enjoy all the neighborhood news through his nose. He strolls nicely on leash and is unfazed by passing people and dogs. Whether he’s exploring new surroundings, politely accepting pets, or delicately taking treats from your hand, Saint carries himself with the relaxed confidence of a dog who knows there’s no need to rush through life when you’re this lovable. Saint may be large in size, but he’s even bigger in sweetness. He’s the kind of dog who will happily lumber by your side, keep you company during lazy afternoons, and remind you daily that life is better with a little extra drool and a lot of extra love. If you’ve looking for a loyal companion with teddy bear energy and marshmallow-soft charm, Saint is ready to bless your home with giant paws, gentle eyes, and enough affection to fill the whole house.

Story
Apollo and Thor are bonded brothers. They are St. Bernard hybrids. Not sure what the other part is. They need to stay together. Due to lack of socializing while they were young, they are a little aggressive until you get to know them. Once they know you, they are the sweetest dogs that you could ever have. They are lap dogs practically. Very affectionate and loving. It is a little intimidating until they know you, but it only takes like 10 minutes for them to love you. I really want them to go to a good home for their last few years, because they are around 10 or 11, but if I send them to the SPCA, I am afraid they will euthanize them. I don't want that for them. They are too sweet to die that way. If anyone is willing to give them a chance, i promise you wont be sorry. If you are willing to let them get to know you then please give me a call.
