Story
Here’s Jagger, one of four pups. They and their mom were found in a ditch next to a school.  Their mom weighs 70 pounds and dad is unknown. We don't really know what their breed is, but Jagger will be a good sized dog full grown.  Jagger is very laid back, calm, and sweet.  He loves kids and adults and does very well with other dogs.  This baby has the most gorgeous face and soft ears.  He will make a great family dog.Accuracy is not guaranteed; however, information provided is accurate to the best of our knowledge.  For more information on the pet, please send an email to info@aforeverhome.org February 4, 2026, 9:27 pm

Visit our event page (https://www.lostdogrescue.org/events/) to see which one—event listings are usually updated on Fridays with attending dogs. Goldie Hawn is a Bullmastiff mix puppy with a movie-star name and just a touch of sass to match. With her classic facial features and a gorgeous tan coat, she turns heads everywhere she goes — and she knows it. This sweet girl is equal parts playful and charming, serving up puppy antics with a wink of personality. Goldie has that confident, expressive face that seems to say “I’ve got opinions… and they’re adorable.” Goldie Hawn is still very much a puppy, eager to learn, grow, and soak up love from her people. She’s looking for a home ready to embrace her big-dog potential, her playful spirit, and just a little star-quality sass.

Visit our event page (https://www.lostdogrescue.org/events/) to see which one—event listings are usually updated on Fridays with attending dogs. Say hello to the sweetest peach, Georgia! This sweet young gal has made her way to us all the way from Russell County in search of a great forever home. What makes her special is her amazingly sweet disposition. Her favorite thing in the world is pets; she seeks them out all the time and would love nothing more than to be as close to her humans as possible. She is truly a total sweetheart and will reciprocate all the love she gets. New things are still a bit scary to Georgia as she warms up to the bustling Northern VA area, but she is settling in nicely and only takes a couple of days to feel safe after some quiet alone time and space. Decompression time will be key to her blossoming in her forever home. She has done well living with a foster doggy sibling for a short time and may benefit from a friend to show her the world isn’t so overwhelming. Overall, Georgia is a sweet young gal looking to discover herself in a safe, understanding forever home. If you have love for Georgia, don’t hesitate and adopt her today!
