Story
Our girl Faith was left in a kill shelter in KY.  She had rescue but they backed out when they heard she was a little too "interested" in cats.  Faith is ultra submissive and will roll over & give her belly for anyone.  There is not a mean bone in this girl's body - but she does have issues with CERTAIN men. She's about 10 years old & plays appropriately with other dogs big & small and is bunkmates with MJ on our site (who is 1/2 her size).  We would consider her med energy but has much love to give! Because of her fear aggression when it comes to most men, we cannot bring her to adoption events so an appt would need to be made to meet her. Our adoption fee is $325 and all of our pets come with full vet records. All animals are up to date on vaccinations & dewormed. Unless otherwise indicated, puppies are NOT spayed or neutered since our vet recommends waiting until 6mos of age to do so. Please keep in mind we are a Rescue Group and most of our pups come to us with little or no background info regarding breed, eventual size, age or prior health issues. We rely on the expertise of our veterinarians and make estimates based on past experience. Also, when you're adopting from a Rescue, you should ask questions! You should always get shot/medication records and the rescue should have had the dog for a bit of time to check for disease. Take the time to educate yourself before adopting. A reputable rescue will have nothing to hide and will answer ALL your questions!!! Please visit our Web Site to see all of the pets we have for adoption. Our site contains information about our adoption process and fees, our application, and answers to frequently asked questions. Please read it carefully before contacting us. If you are interested in adopting THIS wonderful pet, we strongly encourage you to complete our adoption application now. Once we receive and approve your application, we will notify you of approval. The first application to be received and approved will get 1st choice - be sure that your references are available and willing to speak with us. Thank You Visit us at one of our next events. Story
He is a sweet dog. Pull up life wants to play wants to run like to jump. He loves people he loves animals. He licks everybody. He jumps on everybody. He is really smart able to be trained to do anything. Just a great dog.I acquired Kobi from my niece who had him living in a closet in a crate, so I decided to rescue him. He was three months old at the time right now. Kobi is almost 16 months and I am currently going through a divorce we had a home with a large backyard where he was able to run and play. even if you don’t have a yard, he loves long walks and to be able to jog with him now and again. I am now in a two bedroom apartment with me my autistic son and not much space for Kobi to play and I am currently working two jobs so I can’t focus really any time on him. I’m looking for a home where he can receive the attention that he needs the love that he deserves and some space to run around and play.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Fill out an Adoption Application Chugger is great boy. He is 100% Staffordshire Bull Terrier but is a dwarf with really bad hip displasia. He can only do 1 step and needs non slip floors. He has his own ramp to get up on the sofa. He is crate trained but has done great being left out when his foster is not home. He is on special food. He weighs about 54 lbs. He only goes outside to potty but “walks” are limited to a 5 minute lap around the perimeter of the house due to his weak legs. He is also pretty deaf. Not fully, but pretty severe. He is low maintenance. He sleeps a lot and plays with toys. Chugger likes company but is not a Velcro dog. He is not a fan of the snow/cold. He will need to be leashed to get him to go outside long enough to do his business. Otherwise he pees and runs for the door. He can do a couple of steps to get in the front door but does not do stairs at all. He doesn’t bark much at all. He met another small female dog and was non-reactive and had zero interest in her.  Application Fees, Adoption Donations and Rescue Policy: Please know that 100% of our fees and donations pay for the costs of rescuing dogs. These include, but are not limited to: pull fees from shelters, veterinary examinations, vaccinations, medications and care, microchips, neuter/spay surgeries, heartworm treatments, behavior evaluations, and foster care, as needed. Our rescue policy requires the following: Adopters must have their primary residence in one of the following states: Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, and parts of North Carolina. We encourage you to remediate potential safety issues while your application is under review, prior to the home visit. Methods or devices using pain or force on the dog to control the dog, or to deter undesirable behavior is prohibited. Applications for giant breed dogs must be submitted by the property owner. Homes with children under 6 years of age will not be approved for adoption. Homes with children should have a fenced yard. Pets currently in the applicant's home must have a history of appropriate veterinary care. Veterinary records will be checked. All references must be checked before any visitation of the dog is permitted at the foster home. All family members must be present during the home visit to the applicant's home.
