Story
Kaya, was purchased during COVID from Animal Kingdom at Arizona Mills. She was purchased to help my son with depression during this time. He has now left to go to college and Kaya is in need of a new person to love on. She loves to cuddle and play. She is a very quiet dog. She really doesn't bark. She also loves long walks and she is house trained. We are the only family she has every had. We just no longer have the time to spend with her and she is usually by herself all day. All in all, she is a sweetheart and it breaks my heart we no longer have the time. Price is negotiable. I'm more concerned about placement vs the money.

Story
Lynne is a 4-1/2 to 5 year old, 15 lb, Malti-poo, who is looking for her forever home. This sweet natured, happy girl, loves humans and will act like your shadow. She is house and dog door trained. She likes to sleep on a dog bed, right next to where her human/s sleep. She is a playful girl whose favorite game is tug, and her favorite toy is a bunny toy. Lynne will do best as your only canine companion. She's living at our adoption center and waiting to meet her forever family. You are welcome to submit an inquiry for more information about this animal, but please note that we strongly encourage potential adopters to come and see us in person and speak with an adoption counselor. No appointments are necessary and you can come and see us any time we are open. We do ask for 24 hours time to respond to an inquiry (48 hours on weekends) and often a dog or cat is adopted before you get a response back. If this dog was not good with other dogs, cats or has a restriction with kids, we will note them in the bio. We do want a dog to meet all family members and any canine residents prior to adoption, to ensure a good match. Please go to our website (www.azfriends.org) to fill out a consultation form then come and see us! We do require any family interested in meeting our dogs or cats to fill out a consultation form – this form helps us determine if the dog/cat and the home are a good match, since it is so easy to fall in love with a photo, without knowing the personality / needs of the dog / cat. Once you have filled out the online Adoption Consultation Form, just come in and see us!Please note that ALL dogs and cats are available to the first home that meets the dog or cat that we feel is a good match. An inquiry on a dog or cat does not automatically put that dog or cat on hold for anyone. Deposits can be placed on all available dogs or cats after the family has met the dog or cat and we all feel the match is a good match. If there’s more than one family interested in a dog when that dog becomes available, we will hold a lottery with all families that are a good match. In order to help make the best match, we do want all family members (dogs and humans) to meet any potential new family member. Our adoption center hours are: Closed Sunday/Monday; Tuesday 10a-2p, Wednesday 3p-7p, Thursday 3p-7p, Friday 10a-2p, Saturday 10a-4p. We are located at 952 W Melody Avenue in Gilbert (zip code 85233).All animals are altered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, licensed (dogs). Cats tested for FELV/FIV. Dogs tested for Heartworm. All animals are available to the first family that is a good match, and if we have more than one animal who is a good match, there will be a lottery for all matches. Note that families must have come in to our adoption center and spoken with an adoption counselor prior to any lottery (when we have lotteries, they usually occur on Saturday mornings).
