Meet Haley! 🐾 Haley is a sweet, adorable 11-month-old poodle mix who is ready to discover the world with her forever family! At about 40lbs, she still has some growing and filling out to do, but we expect she’ll likely be around 50 lbs when fully grown. Haley is a little shy and seems like she hasn’t had much exposure to the world yet. New people and new things can make her nervous, but she is still so young, and we truly believe she can blossom with patience, encouragement and the right person by her side. She absolutely LOVES other dogs and is happiest in a good playgroup. She enjoys dogs of all sizes and would do wonderfully with a confident canine companion to help show her the ropes. At home, she is playful, affectionate and really wants to be loved. She's very submissive, but is a high energy player. Haley is excellent in her crate, even sleeping quietly in it. She will need continued work with leash walking, car rides and meeting new people, but we think she has so much potential. A home with a secure fenced yard and another confident dog around her size are required for her. She also needs an adult only home and preferably one with just females. She's pretty scared of men, sadly :( Haley is located in Tampa. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative and her adoption fee is $300. Look at Theo now! ❤️ A few weeks ago, we posted about our Standard Poodle Theo needing a foster home and getting him settled in. He was skin and bones, needed veterinary care and a groom badly. Well, so much has changed! 🎉 🎉🐩 Theo settled into a foster home who has helped him so much. He’s gaining weight, going on walks, playing fetch and just being a great houseguest. 🎉🐩 A HUGE THANK YOU to Brittany at Dog Crafters for giving him a gorgeous poodle groom. He needed a makeover and she did an incredible job 🙌🏼 We are so so thankful! Theo is a Standard Poodle and now looks like one thanks to her! (She’s in St Pete - check out her page ❤️) 🎉🐩 Theo is now neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative and on prevention. He’s 2 years old and about 40lbs, but could still use to gain another 5-10lbs. Theo is ready to be adopted and we’re so excited 🥳 He’s great with other dogs, loves people, is great in the car and loves walks. His only quirk is that he’ll need someone home often while he learns to be comfortable alone. He does tolerate a crate, but we think he’d do best with a gated-off space where he has a little more freedom. Meet Merle! This sweet girl is more than just her beautiful markings. When she came in, we couldn't decide on a name for her, called her "merle" as a nickname and it just stuck. Hopefully soon she will have a family and a name of her own. Merle was dumped and running the streets in bad condition. She was matted, full of hundreds of fleas and skin and bones - yet she was timid and sweet. She had to be caught in a trap, because she is a skittish girl, but doesn't have a mean bone in her body. Merle LOVES dogs. She loves loves loves young, very playful dogs. She could run and chase them in the yard or wrestle on the couch with them all day. She is still nervous of people though. She's making baby steps towards wanting to be pet, but she isn't the kind of dog that curls up next to you. She curls up next to a dog :) She will get there though. She's not great on a leash or in public yet and the whole world scares her, so she will need someone willing to both go slow with her AND keep her safe (meaning martingale collars, escape proof harness, etc). Merle is only about 35lbs right now but should be 40ish lbs when she fills out. She's about a year old, spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and heartworm negative. Her adoption fee is $400 and she is in Tampa. ****Merle must have another young playful dog and a securely fenced yard, along with just adults (or teenagers) and no younger children (because they leave doors open and scare dogs). *We do not know if she is a doodle or a Standard Poodle. Hi this is mailo he is a healthy doggy but he needs a lovely house with persons with time and space he knows how to poop outside and a friendly puppy. He don't likes when the people touch his face with other dogs at the beginning it can be careful but after that he is pretty calm. I just give in adopción because my schedule is so complicated and I can't don't be with him. He is blind from one eye but the vet said that is not a problem for his life or for other dogs. Please just be lovely with him ❤️
