Story
Meet Gandalf the Grey 🧙‍♂️ our newest gentle wizard of the rescue! This handsome standard poodle (1–3 years) is as sweet as they come. He walks great on a leash, seems to know basic commands, and seems to stay perfectly calm in new experiences (horses, other dogs, older kids…etc). Just no infants as their crying makes him nervous (more evaluation needed on this aspect). Gandalf is looking for an adopter who enjoys peaceful walks, soft cuddles, and a loyal companion by their side. If you’ve been waiting for a calm, kind-hearted dog to join your family, this could be your sign. Apply using the link below!

Story
🎄 Bennet – 5-Year-Old Male Red Goldendoodle (~50 lbs) Bennet was also surrendered to us by a breeder just two weeks ago after living his whole life in outdoor kennels. Now he’s discovering the joys of indoor living — soft blankets, warm spaces, and gentle human hands. His sweet personality grows brighter every day, and he feels most secure with another confident dog to guide him. Bennet thrives in calm environments with predictable routines and a safe spot to decompress. He LOVES toys and is the sweetest, most submissive boy. His fur is tightly curled and very poodle like, his body is as well. Home Requirements: • Adult-only home • Securely fenced yard • Must have another friendly dog in the home Medical & Adoption Info: Neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm negative. Fostered in the Tampa Bay Area. Adoption fee: $400 👉 Apply: www.love4pawsfl.org/adopt

Story
Meet Buck! 🤎🦌 This handsome chocolate Labradoodle / Border Collie mix is truly something special. With 50% Border Collie genes, Buck is not your average doodle — he’s incredibly smart, (will be) high-energy, and eager to learn, making him a wonderful match for an active home that values training and enrichment. Buck is a total cuddle bug and, in true Labrador fashion, loves to please 🤎 He can be a little shy at first, but once he warms up, he quickly becomes a loyal, devoted companion who wants nothing more than to be close to his people. He’s confident, playful, and loves running around the yard with his foster brothers. Buck would do especially well in a home with another dog, ideally one year or older, that he can “pack in” with and learn from. Thanks to those Border Collie smarts, Buck already knows how to sit, put on his “leash,” and understands that sitting (not jumping!) is the best way to get attention. He’s a fast learner and would be an excellent candidate for agility work, advanced training, or even therapy work 🐕 ✨ Buck was born 10/16/25, so he is 3 months old, currently weighs about 20 lbs, and is expected to be approximately 50–60 lbs full grown. He is neutered, has age-appropriate vaccines, and is microchipped. 📍 Buck is currently fostered in Naples, but a meet & greet in Sarasota may be possible for an approved adopter. 💰 Adoption fee: $500 📩 Apply to adopt Buck here: 👉 www.love4pawsfl.org/adopt Looking for an intelligent, affectionate, active pup to grow and learn with? Buck might just be your perfect match

Story
Willow / Myakka City Available for adoption www.VIPRESCUE.org Breed: Standard Poodle Age: 2.5 yr DOB 1-13-2023 Sex: Female Weight: 50 lb Color: White Gets along with DOGS: Yes Gets along with Cats: No Kids: Respectful 13+ with dog experience Fenced Yard: Yes, 6 ft or higher secured fenced in yard is required. Meet Willow, a super friendly, 2 1/2 year old 50lb. girl that acts like your typical 2 year old standard poodle, active and on the go! Her ideal home would consist of active adults who can commit to several walks or a run, and games at least a couple times a day. We think Willow could do great at something like FastCat ( a timed 100 yard dash for dogs where they chase a lure down a straight course) or agility. We recommend that there be no young children, tiny dogs, or cats in the home because littles move quickly and startle her, and she’s also not aware of her size and can play a little rough. She’d love a committed family who is able to do more training with her. She is smart as a whip and has a ton of potential. Although friendly, she is a little skittish at first but does warm up and it will take a couple of days for her to get used to her new family and surroundings, so Willow’s new home must have the time and patience with her. Willow is great on a leash, and is always up for adventures. She has been taken to busy activities and does well. She also does well with other dogs medium size and larger. She’s doing well with training and knows sit, stay, come, fetch, hoop (jump through) and again, would benefit with some additional training both mentally and physically to help burn off some of her high energy. She loves to play outside, she gets the zoomies and loves to play with and in water. Willow’s new home is required to have at least a 6ft or higher secured fenced in yard, sorry, there are no exceptions, because this is what she needs due to her energy level and safety. Willow is very playful, however she does get fearful with strangers at first (barks and backs away) until she feels comfortable. One more thing to consider if you’re interested in adopting this fabulous gal, is the cost of grooming. She’ll require regular Grooming, which can be costly, so please keep that in mind as part of your budget. Willow is completely housebroken, spayed, microchipped, current on her vaccinations, and is on heartworm and flea prevention as well. So, what do you think? Do you have the time, patience and energy to keep up with our amazing Willow? If you’d like to add her to your family, please visit www.viprescue.org to fill out an adoption application. *** Willow is fostered in MYAKKA CITY, FL. You must travel to MYAKKA CITY to meet Willow and bring any other pets and residents you have for the meeting. If you would like more information on Willow, or to be considered for adoption, you must complete an adoption application at www.viprescue.org. Our volunteer will contact you once your application is approved. We are unable to respond to your emails and messages without you first completing an adoption application. **ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS** You must be a Florida resident and a homeowner, be at least 25 years of age to adopt. To qualify for adoption, all of the pets in your home must be spayed or neutered, be current on all vaccines, preventatives, and have received consistent veterinary care.If you’ve had more than one Vet in the past 3 years, please provide all the names and number for each vet. This breed typically lives 12-15 years, so please keep that lifespan in mind, as your age should be appropriate for the pets estimated lifespan. If you want more info or would like to meet Willow, please complete an adoption application at www.viprescue.org. All of us at VIP Rescue are Volunteers, with families, jobs and pets of our own, so please be kind and patient. We select the most fitting application for the dog, not necessarily the timeliest adoption application. Please make sure to read the entire bio on the pet you’re interested in before applying to adopt to make sure you meet the pets needs. VIP Rescue Inc.
