Obie has lived with just about everyone… kids, a smaller dog, cats, and yes—even chickens (we told you he was special). His easygoing nature and friendly personality make him a wonderful fit for a variety of homes. He’s past the puppy chaos phase and fully in his “let’s enjoy life” era—think loyal sidekick, steady presence, and a whole lot of love to give. Cats typically don't do well at events, so they only attend with a pre-approved meet and greet appointment. If you are interested in a particular pet, we suggest you email: mmarpaws@gmail.com to see if that pet will be there. Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only. Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise. MMAR is an all volunteer, foster based, 501 (c) 3, non profit organization. Without your donation, wonderful pets like these have to be passed by because we cannot afford their care.
