Story
Courtesy post: This is not WAG's dog, but we are helping find her a new home.   Neela, a blue standard poodle born in 2016, is as sweet as they come. Neela is the perfect companion for anyone seeking a loyal and affectionate friend.  As a self-proclaimed couch potato, Neela enjoys nothing more than snuggling up with her favorite humans and relaxing the day away.  Neela is a quick eater, so a slow-feeder dish helps to pace her mealtimes, and she is always eager to work for treats, making training a breeze!  Weighing in at 51 lbs, Neela is the ideal size for cuddles and companionship. She is a calm and gentle soul, perfect for a home with no children under 10 years old.    Please apply to adopt through WAG's website, www.wagsequimwa.com/adoption-form   Questions? Email office@wagsequimwa.com and we will put you in touch with her foster. Visit our website to fill out an Adoption Application http://www.wagsequimwa.com If you have any questions, please email: office@wagsequimwa.com. Click the button to download the adoption application. The application is a form-fillable pdf. Fill out the form, save it to your hard drive, then email back to sian@gingerspetrescue.org Meet Max Max is a 10-month-old Standard Poodle boy, weighing about 35 lbs, with a striking white coat, long legs, and a bright, intelligent expression that hints at just how special he is. He was rescued from a high-kill shelter in South Korea, where his future was uncertain and time was running out. Despite that rough start, Max is resilient, curious, and ready to experience the life every young dog deserves — one filled with learning, love, and adventure. Still very much a puppy, Max is at an age where training, bonding, and exploration are part of everyday life. He’s eager to grow into a confident companion and is looking for a home that will guide him, engage his clever mind, and include him in family life. &#226&#156&#168 Adoption Information Max’s adoption fee is $1,995, a non-refundable donation that helps support lifesaving rescue efforts. It includes: Neuter Vaccinations Microchip Boarding and daily care Health certificate Transport from South Korea to Seattle &#226&#156&#136&#239&#184&#143 A GPS tracker or Apple AirTag is required for all adopted dogs — you may bring your own or purchase one from us. Please note: Breed, age, and weight are best estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Ginger’s Pet Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Every adoption makes it possible to save another life. Thank you for choosing rescue and giving Max the future he so clearly deserves.March 7, 2026, 8:59 pm

Story
Luna will be 6 years old in May. Due to divorce, neither myself or my ex who is military are able to give her the time, attention, and care she deserves. We adopted Luna from a private rescue 4 years ago when she was almost 2 years old. Luna is a companion dog and the best adventure buddy. She is very active, and is up for just about anything if it means getting to be with you. She has trained for marathons, gone camping, hiking, and backpacking, enjoys paddleboarding, long walks, and simply hanging out next to you. She has a calm temperament and is well socialized, you can take her pretty much anywhere and she will be well-behaved. She is great with other dogs, not reactive with dogs or people. Her ideal home is one where she will have constant companionship whether with humans or dogs, and have space to run around and play, and get lots of various forms of activity. Additionally, a home with no cats or other prey in the home or young children would be best.
