Story
This plucky little guy will get you with his puppy dog eyes. We believe he is a mix of mini Schnauzer and Westie. At about 11 months old, he weighs 18 pounds and should max out at 20 pounds. Mendy loves all humans and doesn't believe in personal space, however he does not seem to be fond of most other dogs.  (Every now and then he meets a friend).  We think he will get better at making friends with more experience socializing.   Mendy is already neutered and up to date on vaccinations and heartworm testing.  He loves to fetch, hoard squeaky toys, and attempt to fly by jumping off the back of the couch.  He ADORES children and impersonating Ewoks.  Other hobbies include shredding cardboard, chasing blue tennis balls (SO much better than the other colors), swimming, and trying to make friends with the cat, despite the fact that the cat has made it abundantly clear that he wants nothing to do with him.  Mendy refuses to give up!  He has also taken it upon himself to prove that "indestructible" toys are totally misnamed!  Mendy would like a family that will be active with him.  Mostly housebroken, but not perfect yet.
