Story
I adopted Bella from the Hill Country Humane Society in August 9. She was 5 months old and described as a Schnauzer mix, weighing about 10 pounds. Now, at almost 8 months and weighing 29.2 pounds, she’s clearly developed into a Schnauzer/Dachshund mix. She is spayed, dewormed and microchipped. All vaccines are up to date and taking Simpática Trío for heart worms, ticks and fleas prevention. Has also been treated for a puppy skin infection that required antibiotics and prescription shampoo. Bella is a smart girl and catches up quickly. She is potty trained. Pee pads inside the house and also goes outside. I was mixing wet and dry food and on a fixed schedule, but wasn’t eating much, so now is only on Puppy Chow dry food and as she pleases. Because I’m having health issues that limit my ability to give her all the exercise and activity she needs, I’d like to find a new loving home for her. I’ll be happy to answer any questions and tell you more about how loving and goofy this girl is!

Story
Nyx is a young Schnauzer/Terrier mix we rescued from a pound. We've loved her every minute, but we are re-homing her because we have a new baby and the needs are great at the moment. She’s done nothing wrong, but would do best in an adults-only home, although she is with baby now and very protective. She just gets very excited around kids. Nyx is:• A professional cuddler and semi-pro fetch athlete• Loyal, tender, and ridiculously affectionate• House trained, leash trained, and a graduate of a two-week off-leash training program• Vaccinated and microchipped and she doesn't shed at all.• A devotee who will drape her head over your shoulder and gaze at you with loveOne good game of fetch and she’ll be your shadow for hours. She is a loyal dog who will think you are the best thing that ever happened to her. She was crate trained in the past, though we haven’t had a need to crate her recently.
