Story
This is Ellie. She is 5 years old, and we adopted her in June of 2025. My husband and I are pregnant with our first and we found out recently she's not good with kids. Once she warms up and becomes familiar with you, she is very affectionate. She does like to cuddle and be pet, just not for too long. We were told she is good with dogs and chickens, but not other cats. She needs a quiet home and lots of love. I hope through here she will find her forever home.

Story
Ragnar is an orange tabby just over a year old! I rescued and bottle fed him as a kitten and he’s truly been the best companion. His favorite past time is snuggling in your arms and taking a nap, or being picked up and held. He’s on the younger side so he still has some kitten energy to him and he loves to play and be mentally stimulated! He’s fully house trained and if given the chance will use the toilet instead of a litter box lol. Ragnar works great as an indoor cat, indoor/outdoor, or a garage and shop cat. He just needs a comfy bed to sprawl out on and he will be happy! He works well with younger cats and prefers the company. Ragnar is friendly to all people of lo aged. He really is the sweetest and funniest cat. The reason for rehoming is I move around for work too often and it’s not a great fit for his personality. I was hoping he could travel and adventure with me (because he loves being outside) but he can’t do long car rides. He deserves nothing but the best🥹💗

Story
We adopted Remi from High Country Humane about four years ago we’ve grown close to him, but he needs a larger territory to keep him happy. He has tolerated city but Lately he’s been getting into more altercations. When he has interacted with other cats, he has been dominant. He does well with dogs, and has developed a friendly relationship with ours. He’s always been on the wild side, and is very curious. He is definitely an outdoor cat and a really great Mouser. Remi just requires more land/territory than we are able to provide him. He’d be perfect for a family with some land and would adjust to living in an outdoor building like a barn. Preferably a barn filled with mice 🐭

Story
NINA and RAVEN,(DOB 4/21/21) like being petted under the chin. Nina is a sweet engaging little gal. She and her shy sister ( black DSH) Raven, who is elegant with a very sleek coat; love to play with you, especially with wand toys. Bonded sisters that were relinquished as the young couple (former owners) had a baby and were moving, so no time for them. They are affectionate and love attention. They are sometimes fearful of noises and may be timid until they get to know you well. This pair will take patience but are very sweet and will be much worth it! Need a quiet home. This beautiful duo can be seen at Catty Shack Tuesday-Saturdays, 10-2. NINA and RAVEN are bonded siblings and need to be adopted together. Please inquire through this site OR at cattyshackrescue.org. Yavapai County residents only please.

Mikey was born around April 9th. He is a short-haired gray tabby with a white neck. Mikey is very friendly and will often demand petting and attention. He loves to run and wrestle with his brother and sister and even wrestles with an adult cat in the house (who is much larger than him!). Mikey loves cat toys, especially balls. He likes to follow the Roomba around for some reason. Mikey was fostered in a house along with adult cats and a dog. Yavapai County residents only please. Story
Two kittens are being fostered for Catty Shack, brother and sister, Mojie and Mimi. They were born approximately at the end of April 2025. Both are healthy, extremely energetic, fun loving (what kittens aren't?), and very affectionate. Mimi, the little girl, is the more outgoing and adventurous of the two, with somewhat more sass. Mojie is a mama's boy who, together with playing, loves to snuggle and cuddle. Both are major purr meisters. They have had their shots and have been spayed/neutered. They are available, to the right home, for adoption now. If you are interested in this cute pair, please fill out an application at cattyshackrescue.otg. Yavapai County residents only. If born before 1958 please do not apply for a kitten

Story
Hello Sedona,My name is Fern I am a semi-feral cat who prefers observing rather than being the center of attention. I might always be a bit hands-off, but I appreciate a soft voice, a steady routine and a warm place to sleep. I would do best in a safe indoor/outdoor environment where I can roam but still have a reliable caretaker. If you’re looking to make a meaningful difference in a shy cat’s life, I will be here waiting to meet you!I am spayed, microchipped and up-to-date on vaccines. If I sound like a good fit for you and your family...I would love to spend the rest of my life with you!
