Story
Charles was the last his siblings to learn that humans can be trusted, and he's still a bit shy when approached directly - he may run off if you walk toward him for cuddles or treats. But once he's already resting and you sit down beside him, a completely different side of him appears. Charles loves gentle pets, rolls onto his back to show his belly, and purrs like crazy. There is truly a tremendously affectionate cat inside this shy little kitten, just waiting to come out with encouragement and positive reinforcement.Because he tends to hang back while his bolder siblings move forward, Charles would likely do best in a home where he can receive plenty of one-on-one attention and not be overshadowed. He is incredibly sweet and gentle - he's simply still building confidence. Loud noises and sudden movements can still startle him, and he is still learning to feel fully comfortable with being picked up. With a calm, patient and loving adopter, Charles will continue to grow into the loving companion he's clearly meant to be. Primary Color: Black Weight: 2.16 Age: 0yrs 3mths 4wks
