Meet Ash and Raya, a sweet and shy mother-daughter duo looking for their forever home together! Ash, the gentle mom, is a calm and loving medium hair tuxedo cat who thrives best in a quiet environment. She may take a little time to warm up, but once she feels safe, she is quite the affectionate lady! Her foster mom has described her as a "very sweet soft, quiet, little soul."Her daughter, Raya the medium hair tabby, is reserved, but her curiosity will often get the best of her and she will meow for attention and love! She is playful and especially enjoys wand toys. She seems to enjoy her mom's company and the two of them will snuggle up tightly to each other. Both Ash and Raya are looking for a calm and patient family who can give them the time and space they need to feel comfortable in a new home. They still startle at loud noises or quick movements, but this is improving day by day! Please note Ash and Raya are currently in foster and unavailable for walk in meet and greets at our shelter. Nico here- I am definitely the more outgoing of we two. I am soft cuddly and LOVE to play! Sister Nelly is a wee bit shy yet but with a loving patient human she will be just fine! We would really love to be adopted together as we've never been apart. Allowing us to have a quiet, toy filled room to get used to you and all the new sounds and smells of our furrrrrever home will nurture our connection and help us to bond with you- our new family! We are both absolutely stunning kits approximately 18 months of age. Both domestic medium hair youngsters with me being a silky black and sister Nelly resembling main coon markings (tabby and striations). We are INDOOR ONLY kits but have had experience with a fab catio- and we highly recommend them lol. The home we seek is adult only. We have been in a foster home with a well-behaved dog and other foster kitties and get along with everyone. No chasing allowed-- thank you very much doggos!! I was received by Cowichan Cat Rescue with our gorgeous Momma- Gigi at just 1 week of age and fostered in a loving, compassionate home. I am a typical 5-month-old and love to snuggle Mom and run the legs off each other in play! I sport medium length coat and am an indoor only kit. Too scary out there! I've had my big op . Please meet demure lil Tiffany. This sweet baby is just 4 months of age and is looking for a perfect forever home. Young children may not be the best fit due to her age. Despite the urban myth of tortitude--she is the exception-- so far. LOL Foster Mum describes her as playful, gentle and as getting along well with others. Due to Tiffs age a playmate would be a terrific idea-- or perhaps you work from home? She is a 100% indoor kitty although catios are something she'd be willing to discuss. Please meet handsome Ekko. When you look up kitten in the dictionary (do they still use those??) THIS little dude will be what you find. Perfect in every single way, this stunning 3-month-old is ready for fun with a capital F. Ekko sports a silky smooth medium black coat with silver undertones. He is sweet and engaging. He loves loves loooooves to play, with wand toys being a favorite! Foster mum describes him as cuddly, playful, clever and hilarious. As with all of our cats' indoor homes only please. Ekko suggests that a catio would be welcome to sun his stunning coat in the warm sunshine. This little man is very young and would be best suited to home with no small children and perhaps a resident pal or maybe a work from home human roomie? If you are looking for a blast of fresh energy in your home, Bluebelle might be the right girl for you. She is young (just 1 year old), playful, smart, curious, affectionate, and social. This sweet girl was rescued from a hoarding situation, although unlike most of the cats that come from similar situations, she is well socialized. Bluebelle is chatty and likes to talk about her day. She follows her fosters around wherever they go because she's likes to be part of everything. This girl needs a lot of attention and will do best with someone who is home a fair bit, or where there are multiple other cats to keep her company. She is very busy and can be a little bit needy if she doesn't get enough attention. She wont be the right fit for someone who has mobility issues because she can be under foot. Bluebelle grew up in a home with lots of other cats and gets along with them well. She needs to find a home with other young, playful cats that can keep up with her. She wont be the right fit for a home with a single, older cat or she might drive them nuts. She is very smart and can make a toy out of anything. A properly cat-proofed home is a must for this pretty lady. She wont be the right fit for a first-time cat owner. Someone who has experience with energetic cats is ideal. One thing that we'd discovered that Bluebelle does not like is the vacuum. She hates loud noises and will hide for the rest of the day when the vacuum comes out. Of course, vacuums are a part of life that she needs to get used to, but this also translates to other loud sounds. Therefore, although Bluebelle needs a home that's busy enough that everyone can keep up with her, she would prefer one that's a bit quiet when it comes to noise volume. Bluebelle will do really well in a home with windows where she can look outside at wildlife or where there is a catio that she can go out in. At this stage in her life, her energy and curiosity is a bit too much for a small apartment or suite. She has medium-length hair so Bluebelle will need a family that's willing to brush her regularly to ensure that her coat doesn't get matter. This love muffin is ready to find her forever home. She's not a lap cat, but she's very affectionate and wants to be part of everything. She will make a wonderful companion for a family that can keep up with her.
