Story
Meet Carter, a sweet and affectionate 2-year-old male cat, who, along with his sister littermate, is seeking a new family to call his own. Carter is a gentle soul, known for his quiet demeanor and love for playful interactions. Whether its chasing after toys or curling up for a cozy cuddle session, he brings joy and warmth to every moment. Carter is not just seeking a home for himself but for his sister as well. They share a special bond that has lasted since birth, and it would be heartwarming to see them stay together in their new forever home. His sister is just as loving and playful, making them the perfect duo for any household. If you or anyone you know is considering adding a furry friend (or two!) to your family, please consider Carter and his sister. They come fully vaccinated, neutered/spayed, and ready to shower their new family with endless love and affection.

Story
Hello, I am sad to say we are looking to re home our 4 year old grey tabby cat. We call him Tokyo but when he was a kitten we called him Q-tip. He is very well behaved and calm. He does like to play and loves his ball tower and any string type toy and will bat at other things as well. He has only ever tried to get on a table/counter a few times and hasn’t tried since. He gets along well with our two big dogs. He is skittish around children and will hide and is slow to warm up to strangers but after a few hours he will come check things out. I want to find him a good home and make sure he has someone who will love him. We have never had any issue with accidents. He has never been outside but he is curious and will go up to the doors/sniff them. I will provide all treats and toys he currently owns but he has never used a cat bed so we don’t have one currently.

Story
MEDICAL FOSTER NEEDED FOR SWEET OLD GUY OR FOREVER HOME Higgins (aka Professor Higgins) is a 10 year old short-haired tabby neutered male. He was brought in for euthanasia but the owners allowed transfer to rescue. Higgins is diabetic. He requires 1 pill once a day and he is such a good boy for his medicine. He is also currently on a special diabetic dry food but this is not mandatory. He seems fine around other cats and likes to go up to the other cages to meet the other cats. . He weighs about 11 lbs but was once much heavier. Higgins needs a medical foster home or adoption. His medication costs about $100/month but will be provided for him while in foster care. Please give this sweet old man some more good quality time. He deserves it! Please call Robin Dinning at 352-339-3352 if you would like to foster or adopt Higgins. Phone calls only, please, no texts. You can also email our rescue at spcagainesville@hotmail.com for an application. SPCA OF NORTH FLORIDA KEYSTONE HEIGHTS, FLORIDA
