Ms.Precious jumped into my car at a local restaurant as I was about to leave. She was purring and nuzzling my face, so I knew she was extremely happy to be in the arms of a human. She was extremely under weight, so I took her to the vet the next morning. She’s had all her shots, including booster, and Frontline for flea/tick prevention. They can’t spay her until the end of July, which I will gladly pay for. I would love to keep her, but am extremely allergic to cats. My eyes have been swollen, itchy and watering since she’s been here, and I can’t control the sneezing and coughing even with my allergy shots and medication. She is very loving, and just wants to be in the same room with you. If you can’t give her a forever, loving home, then please don’t adopt her. She’s been through enough in her 6 months of life, and deserves to be loved and cared for as long as she lives.

Martin is a big orange tabby and about five years old. He is missing his front claws however he loves to be outside. He loves to run the show. Loves to have attention but only when he wants it lol he loves sunbathing and rolling around outside. Unfortunately, being in an apartment has not been what he needs. He’s clearly outgrown a litter box and being indoors only when it’s super hot or bad weather. He doesn’t wander far. He tends to stay outside, hanging out on the trash bins or on the porch. Sweetest boy in the whole wide world.

Story
Nellie came to us from a rescue 10+ years ago. She’s ever so sweet and very quiet. I’ve heard her tiny mew but only rarely. There are no behavioral issues. Nellie keeps to herself and sleeps under the bed in her round fuzzy bed during the day. She comes out every evening to visit, be brushed, and be beautiful for friends who have stopped to visit. Mainly Nellie stays in one room but ventures out to visit with us. She’ll come running for treats or when she hears the brush sound. Nellie gets along well with other cats and dogs - mostly by ignoring them. We used to have a golden retriever and they got along well. We’ve also taken in other cats for months and she gets along with them well. She’s been in an adult-only home and generally disappears under the bed when children or workmen are in the home. Nellie is easily startled. I sometimes scare her while doing housework and she runs as fast as she can back to her haven.

Kiwi was found under our deck in 22 degree weather. She was uncertain, but we convinced her to come inside. We took her to the vet to confirm she was pregnant (it was very apparent). A week later, on March 11th at 10:30 pm she gave birth to her litter. She is very shy, but very loving to her babies and her kittens. We got her spayed, vaccinated, tested, and microchipped on May 29, 2026. She is very petite and beautiful.

Henna was saved from being a kitten trying to survive. Her mom is feral and had her babies in a wonderful lady's back yard. When the kittens were big enough ~ she got the kittens and showed them love and trust. Henna now is a sweet little girl and loves being an inside baby ~ the easy life. The shelter is a little much for her, so she doesn't come around guests as much. She will do great in a home once she learns trust from her new family. This little guy was a quick learner and found out that having food, shelter and love was so much better than being outside in the wild. He loves all his new friends and plays like crazy.
