Story
Sunny (foster to adopt)'s Story Sunny was returned after 5 years due to allergies and a move. He has been absolutely heartbroken and we want to make sure his next home is for the rest of his life!!! Due to some ongoing redness in his eyes, we are looking for a foster to adopt home that would adopt him once this medical issue is resolved. His vet is in West Lafayette. Sunny has some separation anxiety and takes an inexpensive daily supplement in a Churu! Fill out the adoption application if interested in learning more about the Sunny and if he might be the right fit for your home! https://mynewcat.org/adopt-a-cat/adoption-application/ Information about Sunny! This handsome boy is 7 years old and has the perfect balance of playful energy and loving affection. He’ll zoom around the house chasing toys one minute, then curl up in your lap the next, soaking up every bit of attention he can get. He’s incredibly sweet, loves to cuddle, and isn’t shy about asking for pets—he’ll even greet new people with friendly curiosity and instant affection. With his gentle nature and big personality, he’s truly the best companion you could ever hope for, ready to bring joy, comfort, and endless love to his new home. He comes with his own cat carrier and all his favorite toys to help him feel settled right away. Sunny has previously lived with another cat, but it's years, has no experience with dogs, and would not recommended for kids under teenage.

Cleopatra's Story This kitty is in foster care! Fill out the adoption application if interested in meeting her https://mynewcat.org/adopt-a-cat/adoption-application/ Cleopatra — Queen of Cozy Meet Cleopatra, a five-year-old royal beauty whose kingdom consists of soft blankets, warm laps, and anyone willing to provide gentle adoration. Recently surrendered after her beloved human passed away, Cleo is now looking for a new throne to reign from—a home full of calm, comfort, and cuddle opportunities. Cleo is a plump, happy girl with mesmerizing blue-green eyes that refuse to fully show off on camera but sparkle in person. Her favorite pastime? Greeting you at the door like royalty receiving her subjects—then flopping dramatically at your feet and rolling around in an irresistible “please adore me” performance. She loves pets, snuggles, and lounging in luxurious softness. She does have a polite way of saying “that’s enough, thank you”—a gentle nibble if booty scratches or belly rubs go past her comfort zone. She’s not sassy; she’s just setting boundaries like the dignified queen she is. Cleo has lived peacefully with dogs when introduced slowly. She recently had a dental procedure and is feeling fantastic—ready to enjoy her new life with fewer teeth and more treats. If you’re looking for a sweet, snuggly companion with charm, character, and a touch of royal flair, Cleo is ready to move into your palace and your heart.

Story
This was my daughters female that I took in second litter born on July 22, 2025. He is very loving and funny. He loves to run around the house doing zoomies and loves to jump in the air. When the litter was born I had all four kittens adopted out. But the three males ended coming back to me no fault of there own. I have tried to do my best at keeping all of them but my schedule has become more busy with my promotion at work that its not fair that they don't get the love and attention they deserve. He does come running when he hears the food container open but you have to watch him or close the lid if your feeding others first because he will jump in the container. He loves chasing his brothers around and playing with his toys and playing on the cat tree.

Story
We are looking to rehome our cat Tonks. We found her in 2018 as a kitten. A few years after adopting her, one of our kids develped severe cat allegies. She currently lives in one room in our house and we'd love her to go somewhere she can have a better life for that reason. She's shy with new people but once she warms up she's friendly, sleeps on the bed with my daughter, loves pets and has a loud purr. She uses the litter box well and is easy going. She does not particularly like other cats or dogs but if they leave her alone she's fine. She currently lives peacefully in a house with two dogs. We really want her to find a family to love on her!

Story
Amora's Story Meet Amora, a 3 year-old tuxedo girl! She is good with both cats and dogs though must be fed separately or microchip feeders must be used as she has a sensitive stomach. She is currently eating Hill's Sensitive Skin & Stomach wet food with a fiber supplement 2x/day. As a girl with a bigger frame, she's eating 2 and 1/3 cans a day. Amora could do well as an only cat or with another playful cat that likes to tussle. Sweet and always dressed to impress, Amora's a great conversationalist. She often trills and chirps as she goes about her day. Confident and playful, she looooves to chase after a cat wand! She's a true acrobat and performs flying leaps in the name of playtime. When it's time for bed, she's happy to cuddle. Though she may try to lick your hair with her stinky fish breath! This gorgeous gal is currently in foster care. Schedule a meet and greet by applying at www.mynewcat.org/adopt-a-cat/

Meet Sawyer(cat café) Meet him at the Lazy Cat Lounge Www.lazycatloungecafe.com Fill out an application at https://mynewcat.org/adopt-a-cat/adoption-application/ Sawyer is an approximately 2.5 year old guy that was surrendered with his brother Tucker. He loves to play and is also super friendly. He is a little guy and solid Grey Tabby. He is good with cats and dogs and doesn't mind older kids either! If you meet him at the lounge, ask to see him run on the cat wheel! Sawyer does not do well with timid cats or dogs because he doesn't understand when someone does not want to play. He is fine with other confident playful pets!
