Story
Meet Leo, our sweet 13-year-old senior cat who is looking for a quiet, laid-back home. He loves one-on-one attention, being held, nuzzling into your ear, and cuddling on your chest while purring contentedly. Leo would do best with an older person or couple and has had some litter box challenges, but we believe he does well when kept on one floor with a well-lit, easily accessible litter box. We need to find Leo a new home—or even a stable temporary placement—as our busy household can no longer provide the calm environment he needs to thrive. Our current situation requires he be rehomed immediately.

Story
Nutmeg is a very sweet and healthy spayed and front-paw declawed brown tabby that turns 9 in September. She is the female half of a brother-sister bonded pair that have been together since birth. They are both shy until they get to know you but their very favorite thing is to be together and cuddle on a lap or on the couch behind someone so they can purr in your ear. They are shy enough that they should be in a home with no other pets or children. They are used to a quiet, indoor life. They're only available as a pair and come with everything you need for the easy care of a pair of sweetheart kitties. Nutmeg's primary motivator is treats and she loves lap-sitting💕 They have both recently been to the vet and have clean bills of health. Nutmeg has a benign lump on her shoulder that the vet assures me is fine. Cinnamon and Nutmeg have been my beloved pets since they were 8 weeks old. Last year I married a man who we discovered has a severe cat allergy. Otherwise, I would not let them go.

Story
He was meowing at me from across the street. I was working with homeowners in the area. I fed him some shrimp from my Chinese food because he was skin and bones. He politely devoured it and winked at me to say ty! I came back later to the same street and he was there again. Thus time I spoke with the "owners" of the cat. They told me he was knee an inside cat and they had him declawed in the front and neutered. (That explained why he was skin and bones! A declawed cat cannot survive outdoors!) The rest is history. I took him home and nurtured him to health. He is a super loving cat. He is also a scaredy cat. He is somewhat afraid of heights or just being held. Maybe from early trauma...

Purcey was one of 6 kittens found in the weeds. We think there were two separate litters from the kittens found. Purcey was from the litter of four. The two moms were caught and are getting fixed so no more babies for them, but their babies would like to find homes so they can be inside and taken care of. Purcey is approximately 2 months old and at almost 3 pounds. When big enough he will be neutered. He is a little skittish yet, but being socialized with people, other cats, and dogs. he loves to play with the other kitties, and with the toys! His adoption fee is $150.00. He is litter trained, vaccinated, microchipped, combo tested and will be neutered soon, then he will be ready to go to his furever home.
