Alex and Jason's journey began being abandoned with their mother and siblings. A concerned neighbor contacted a Cnycc volunteer to help. They have been with the caring neighbor as their foster for almost one year. Their mom and siblings have been adopted to wonderful homes, and the two bonded brothers are looking for their forever home. Both boys are shy at first and need time and patience to adjust to new people and places. You can see in the video how they have blossomed into sweet companions with their foster. Jason is a tabby cat and loves chasing his toys and exploring, being pet and jumping on his foster's lap, and is a cuddle bug! Alex is a gentle tabby boy who is also shy at first with new people. Alex likes getting scratches on his head and face and enjoys hunting toys! Alex and Jason will brighten up any home, and look forward to meeting their loving forever family. They do best in a home with older children and no dogs. With tender loving care, these adorable boys will become your new best friends. Good morning! My mom is 75 years old and she's been taking care of two cats (see pictures) helping out her granddaughter that recently had a baby. The two cats are well taken care of and they are safe living on my mother's back enclosed porch. The care of the cats are becoming a financial burden on my mother because she's on a fixed income. We would like to see these two cats placed with someone that could care for them. The black cat is a male cat and the gray cat is a female cat both cars are 14 months old, they've had their shots and they both have flea collars on. Please let me know if you could help with this. Sherbet is a great friend! He likes to sleep under beds and in dark corners. He was adopted as a kitten 5 years ago and we have been his only home. The reason we are trying to rehome him is that we have a different tuxedo cat who has been bullying Sherbet, and they don't really get along. Sherbet also really loves to eat, and tends to eat his dinner as well as his brother's, so he's put on a little weight lately. He would probably do better in a home where his food can be rationed better and has someone to play with him. He loves scratches under his jaw and belly rubs. He has never scratched or bit and is great with kids.

Cleo is a very sweet cat, hates the outdoors, and loves to cuddle all the time. Her best friend is a dog and she does considerably well in baths. I am moving in with roommates who have dogs that don’t do well with cats. She is a cat that needs lots of love, toys, and a friend. Whether that friend is a person or an animal she loves the attention. She is roughly a little over a year now.

Oreo, aka Sleepy Boy, is 2 years old, and was a part of a litter from a stray I had found. He’s well behaved, afraid of heights, and has never stepped a single paw outside (and would do really badly as a free range cat). He's a very sweet boy, but also a scaredy cat. He mostly likes to sleep laying on his back with a bit of play in between. He believes the brush was the greatest invention. Very much appreciates the color orange and drinking water in the tub.

Stormy is 2 years old, and a part of a litter from a stray I had found. He has never stepped a single paw outside and has primarily been raised by a human. Stormy is incredibly sweet and loves to be pet, brushed, and snuggled. He loves playing with the laser, and bird watching.
