Tabby kittens & cats in Rome, New York

Crombie is a pretty chill cat once she gets settled in. She can be a bit difficult at first, but I think its more or less because of her age and we've moved a lot since I've had her. Overall she is a pretty sweet cat that loves to get pet a lot and just hang around. She's 20lbs unfortunately and she has very bad matting going on due to her owner (my recently deceased mother) not being able to groom her a lot.

Alex and Jason's journey began being abandoned with their mother and siblings. A concerned neighbor contacted a Cnycc volunteer to help. They have been with the caring neighbor as their foster for almost one year. Their mom and siblings have been adopted to wonderful homes, and the two bonded brothers are looking for their forever home. Both boys are shy at first and need time and patience to adjust to new people and places. You can see in the video how they have blossomed into sweet companions with their foster. Jason is a tabby cat and loves chasing his toys and exploring, being pet and jumping on his foster's lap, and is a cuddle bug! Alex is a gentle tabby boy who is also shy at first with new people. Alex likes getting scratches on his head and face and enjoys hunting toys! Alex and Jason will brighten up any home, and look forward to meeting their loving forever family. They do best in a home with older children and no dogs. With tender loving care, these adorable boys will become your new best friends. We hope this is you. 💕 Adoption fee of $160 each contributes to neuter, shots. testing, worming and flea treatment and lifetime microchip.

Little's elderly mom is not able to take care of him anymore. He is in desperate need of a home, and is bonded with his sister, Hissie Fit, so he needs to be adopted with her. Koal's elderly mom is not able to take care of him anymore as she is in long-term care. He is in desperate need of a home. Koal is very calm and sweet. He is a lap cat and LOVES to cuddle. He also loves wand toys and LICKABLES! Koal has tested positive for Felv twice, even though when he was first rescued, he tested negative. He has had major surgery for an ear polyp, so that could be why. He is amazingly healthy and both of his sisters continue to test negative. At his age, if he was positive, he would be declining in health if not dead. Please contact Amy at (315) 753-9227 and/or voice4thevoicelessadoptions@gmail.com for more information about how to adopt Koal.

Pickle turned 12 this summer, but you’d never know he’s a senior! He was rescued as a kitten from a very traumatic situation where his previous owners tried to harm him. Pickle is a very particular, independent guy who likes things on his terms. He isn’t much of a cuddler, but he enjoys attention when he chooses it. He’s definitely a grumpy old man with a big personality! Since having our daughter, we’ve realized Pickle would do better in a quieter home where he can receive more one-on-one attention. He does well with our calm cat and dog, but we feel he would be happiest with no small children and either no other pets or very calm animals. He can be sensitive about his litter box and routine and may pee outside the box when stressed, so he needs someone patient and understanding. This is incredibly difficult after 12 years, but we want to find Pickle a peaceful home where he can be happy, comfortable, and loved for exactly who he is. ❤️ Please message me if you are interested

Frostbite is a beautiful 3 year old girl who is very cautious in the beginning but lovable when she gets to know you. She doesn’t scratch or bite. She loves to sleep on your lap. She does come with a bother who is about 6 months older. They are not true siblings but look and act like they are. They love each other and I will not separate them.

I adopted Jinx when he was 1 from a shelter. That was 3 years ago. He came with a non related sister named Frostbite who is approximately 6 months younger. Jinx loves attention and loves to sleep on your lap. Both Jinx and Frostbite are super friendly. It takes Frostbite a little longer to trust but she’s so lovable once she does. Neither Jon’s or Frostbite have ever bitten or scratched anyone. I will not separate them as they love each other like siblings.
