Good with cats, Needs special attention, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Declawed, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Layla is a very sweet, energetic, playful three-year-old. She was bottle fed as a kitten, mother passed the day after she had her litter. Layla has been with other cats in the past and gotten along with them well. We have had her for six months. She has not been around another cat during that time. We have a dog, but she does not mingle with the dog. When we took Layla in, her owners were going to surrender her because she had stomach issues. That has been completely corrected by giving her Science Diet Sensitive Stomach. (This is her special need.) She is a happy and healthy kitty. She loves to play and is also very independent. Layla is very chatty and loves to chirp. She would do amazing in a single cat home without a doubt. We will send all of her food, toys, her feeding system and litter box with her to her new home. We want her to be in a place where she has room to run inside and is happy. She will have to be strictly indoors as her previous owners had her declawed.

Story
When I moved to the Moraine area, to help my kids transition as well I decided to get them a kitten since having a dog in a two bedroom apartment would've been difficult. My kids decided on a tabby kitten which they've named Puddin in January 2025. She loves affection and loves to cuddle. She's also very spunky and vocal with a lot of energy.

Story
Sweet Jackson climbs into his foster's lap for snuggles, happily dashes all over the house like a fuzzy maniac, then rolls around on the carpet in the hallway, eyes half closed with a happy grin on his face! His foster says he's totally talkative too, getting their attention and chatting with them in his cute, high-pitched mew.... It's so cute, they sometimes call him squeaky! Our vet estimates Jackson to be just over a year old. Included with the adoption is his neuter, all current-due FVRCP, FeLeuk, and rabies vaccinations for kitties over 1-year, deworming, flea treatment, a wellness check, FIV/FeLV combo testing, and microchipping. In addition to being fully vetted, our cats and kittens are highly socialized. We offer a 2-week getting acquainted period and a 2-week wellness guarantee, so you can comfortably settle in with your new kitty! To apply to adopt, please complete an adoption inquiry at www.bluesmews.org so our adoption specialist volunteer can review it and contact you!

Story
Clover and his sister have had some rough luck, to say the least! At 7 years young, their family added a new family member with severe allergies, and suddenly these two sweeties lost the home they knew. Clover is more outgoing, and his sister Daisy watches to see if he says things are ok before she ventures out as well. They will do fine in separate homes, but if you're thinking of adopting a pair of kitties, these calm, sweet tabbies would make a fabulous duo! Included with the adoption is the kitty's spay/neuter, all current-due FVRCP, FeLeuk, and rabies vaccinations for kitties over 1-year, deworming, flea treatment, a wellness check, FIV/FeLV combo testing, and microchipping.
