Hello. This may be a little bit unusual for the site, but it's becoming an emergency situation that needs resolved. I took in some cats that needed some safety and assistance, and in the hopes of getting them rehomed as soon as possible. But it has been a long time and I can't wait anymore. My health has started to show issues that need my full attention, and I know I can't give them the proper care that I know they deserve. I'm really needing them in safe environments and with families that would put them in the forefront of attention. Please review the details and I look forward to further communication. Layla is a very sweet, energetic, playful three-year-old. She was bottle fed as a kitten, mother passed the day after she had her litter. Layla has been with other cats in the past and gotten along with them well. We have had her for eight months. She has not been around another cat during that time. When we took Layla in, her owners were going to surrender her because she had stomach issues. That has been completely corrected by giving her Science Diet Sensitive Stomach. (This is her special need.) She is a happy and healthy kitty. She loves to play and is also very independent. Layla is very chatty and loves to chirp. She would do amazing in a single cat home without a doubt. We will send all of her food, toys ( She LOVES her toys!), her feeding system and litter box with her to her new home. We want her to be in a place where she has room to run inside and is happy. She will have to be strictly indoors as her previous owners had her declawed.

Ozzy is a loving and affectionate boy who has overcome a few health challenges in his short life. He has taken everything in stride, and continues to be a light in his foster's household! EVERY new kitten that comes in is his best friend, and EVERY new toy is a new adventure!! He is constantly purring, and LOVES being in the same room as his people. Ozzy had a ruptured eye which led to its altered appearance. While it may effect his vision to some degree, he does not show it! He also has recurrent FHV-1 which leads to flare ups of sneezing, congestion and discharge. His foster has worked tirelessly to find ways to prevent and manage his flare ups, and is more than happy to share these with his future family! While he may look a little silly winking most of the time, this boy has nothing but LOVE and HAPPINESS to share!! Our vet estimates Ozzy's age at under 1 year old. Handsome young Angus is a friendly and outgoing kitty, despite being dumped by humans. He will be fine with other (female) cats and kids 12 and older. We're not sure about dogs. Angus has been neutered, has tested negative for Feline Leukemia/FIV, and is current on vaccinations/flea preventive. Adoption donation: $40. You will receive health records and a bag of Hill's Science Diet pet food. When transporting cats, you must bring a cat carrier.
