Story
Hi! Meet Wells, a 6 year old male orange tabby cat. I got him as a 10 week old kitten during the COVID pandemic when I was a single woman working from home. Now, I have a husband and two children, whom he is reluctant to be around. They trigger his anxiety and antisocial tendencies. He takes kitty prozac which has helped a lot, but he is still not living his best life. He would prefer a quiet home with females or adults only. He loves cuddling, long naps in the sun, and the occasional treat of tuna juice. He has no known health problems other than his anxiety, and I believe that in a quieter environment, he would thrive!

Story
Lila is an almost 6 year old tabby cat that I got when I first graduated college and was living alone. Now that I have two kiddos, I’m not interested in being a pet owner at the moment. Lila is a very typical cat. She takes a decent bit to warm up to people and she pretty much only likes my husband and me. She is by no means a “mean” cat but she is more skittish and avoidant of new people. That being said, once she warms up to you she is SO loyal and sweet. She is gentle with my toddler and doesn’t have her front claws so she won’t hurt anyone. She has been around a few dogs and is definitely on edge but would probably assimilate with time. I would recommend her for someone who is an experienced cat owner, isn’t intimidated by her demeanor, or someone who is single/alone and can give her lots of attention.

Story
This sweet little girl showed up in our backyard one day—starving, filthy, and desperately seeking love. She’s incredibly affectionate, with no fear of strangers, and she melts into your arms the moment you pick her up. She craves pets and attention, constantly trying to slip inside the house with us. She doesn’t bother my indoor cats at all; she just wants to be part of a family. I’m concerned she may be deaf or may not be able to hear properly. The shelter spayed her, tipped her ear, and asked me to release her back outside. But every time I look at her big, trusting eyes and feel her purring against my chest, it breaks my heart. She clearly wants to be an indoor cat—safe, warm, and loved—not surviving alone in the heat that’s coming. My own boy cat is very territorial, so I can’t keep her here. If anyone has a loving home and a soft spot for a gentle, cuddly girl who just wants to be someone’s baby… please reach out. She deserves so much better than a life on the streets.

Story
My husband rescued Waldo from a tree when he was 10 weeks old. We’ve kept him since then but allergies have been an ongoing problem for my husband and kids. He is the sweetest cat and very good with our big dog and with our kids. He’s very playful but also loves to lay in your lap and have his belly rubbed. He is about 9 months old now. Will turn 1 in July! Looking to rehome soon due to allergies. We have a self cleaning/automatic litter box that would come with him.
