Tennessee is an energetic 4-year-old cat who loves to play. He has a “hunt and pounce” play style and loves wand toys, as well as kicker toys and lightweight mice he can chase. He also enjoys window watching and will happily spend time taking in the view. He’s content to relax on the couch or hang out nearby. He previously had urinary crystals and is on a special diet to prevent them from returning. Tennessee is very food-motivated and can become anxious around food. During meal prep or when food is in your hand, he may try to grab it and can nip (he has not broken skin). He will do best with someone comfortable managing this behavior and maintaining clear mealtime boundaries. In the right home, Tennessee is a playful and engaging companion with lots of personality.

We put adopters in touch with our foster families for FaceTime so that they can see them in real time, for more pictures or videos. Simon, Black with a white tipped tail and, Baxter, White Tabby, were rescued before they were three months old from a feral cat feeding station. They were purring within a week! Foster Mom says Baxter the white Tabby has the softest whisper meow. They have unfortunately been growing up in there Foster Home. There are just so many cats needing homes. These two cats have perfect litter box manners. They are happy, healthy, and playful. These brothers are neutered, rabies, FVRCP and booster, combo test negative, dewormed, and receive parasite prevention.
