Thank you for your interest in adopting Simon and Baxter! This bonded pair of kitty brothers live in a Montevallo Alabama Foster home and will leave us when they are adopted. Transportation is included in every adoption fee. We pay a licensed USDA animal Transporter for every pet that we send to the northeast. We do not own the van service. Pets see a licensed veterinarian the same week of transport for a health exam and interstate health certificate. Fosters FaceTime with the approved Adopter so you can see your pet and learn about them in real time. We have been adopting dogs and cats to families for over 15 years. These kittens were born to what we thought was a feral Mom cat. She was TNR when they were young, then we rescued them and sent them to a foster home with lots of love and experience with kittens. In less than a week, the black kitten, Simon, was purring! It took a little longer for white tabby brother, Baxter, to warm up, but they've done remarkable and are so deserving of a true forever home. They are inside only and have not wanted to leave the comforts of home. They are happy and playful with each other. They love the human teenager in their foster home. He doesn't expect too much and allows them to live life on their terms and just be playful kittens. That's helped grow their bond so we know they can bond again with you. Baxter (white tabby) and Simon are 6 months old now and about 6 pounds each. Both kittens are neutered, Simon is combo test negative, Baxter is "light" FIV positive. Please do your research. We'd be glad to have the conversation with you. FIV cats should live inside, which he does. Both kittens have FVRCP, boosters, rabies, dewormed, microchip, and they receive parasite prevention. They come with medical records. Simon and Baxter eat canned cat food and dry kitten food every day. They have perfect litter box manners. These two kittens could bring a lot of joy to your home. $350 adoption fee includes transportation and a health certificate. Serious adopters should fill out the application online and we will be in touch with you. We prefer a vet reference current or previous to adopt a kitten. Please call your vet to release information on your pets. https://form.jotform.com/232763732515154

Story
Wingnut is an 8-year old tabby who, as I like to say, named herself. She is playful, energetic, and affectionate. She loves chasing her laser light and running up and down her pet condo. Her favorite thing in life is her churro cat treats. She has a sweet temperament and would make someone the perfect companion animal. I am moving out of state due to financial reasons and am devastated I cannot bring her with me.

Story
🎶 Super Cat Mullin – He’s Frickin’ Dynamite! 🎶 Move over, Wrexham fans—there’s a new comeback king in town, and his name is Mullin! While he may not know Ryan Reynolds (yet), this dapper black-and-white kitty has a champion’s spirit and a heart of gold. Mullin’s story started in the worst way—a taped-up Pampers box left by a dumpster. But this little survivor and his siblings have gone from discarded to adored at Scruffy Paws. Now, Mullin is ready for his furever team! 🏆 🏅 Mullin’s Winning Traits: 🐾 Silly with a signature grin – This boy is always up to something! 🐾 Chatty & vocal – Especially at dinnertime (he takes his meals very seriously). 🐾 Playfully swats for more pets – He’s all about the affection! 🐾 Charges at you for love & chin scratches – Good luck trying to take a photo before he zooms in! 🐾 Food is his love language – Treats, squeeze-ups, wet food...he’s not picky! 🐾 Feather toys & wand toys = endless entertainment 🏡 Mullin’s Perfect Home: ✔️ Another playful kitty is a must – He thrives with a feline friend! ✔️ Older children – He’s loving but can get a little overexcited. ✔️ Patience & time to adjust – A separate room at first will help him feel safe. ✔️ Cat-savvy humans – He’s still learning that people = love. Mullin has had a rough start but is more than ready to win the hearts of his new family. Could you be the one to give him the forever home he deserves? Story
🎀 Meet Laurie! This 8-month-old tuxedo girl is sweet, spunky, and full of sparkle. Laurie keeps up with her sisters in every wrestling match and toy chase, but she’s also got a gentle, thoughtful side—she loves to observe before diving into the action (and then she dives in with full kitten enthusiasm!). She’s a pro at zoomies and snuggles, and she’s happiest when she gets to do both in the same day. Laurie is the kind of kitten who will climb into your lap mid-play session for a quick cuddle, then bounce off for her next adventure. Laurie needs to be adopted into a home with another young cat to keep her company. Looking for a kitten who’s a perfect mix of silly, sweet, and totally lovable? Laurie’s ready to charm her way into your home! 💕 Please be sure to read a cat's full bio before applying!
