Story
Whitney is 6 yrs old now and a very good timid cat, she'd love to spend her days in your lap if possible ❤️ I adopted her from a petsmart when she was 3, but a year ago I had to leave nashville and wasn't able to take her with me so I asked a friend to keep her till I had a place to live. But its been a yr and my friend can no longer care for her due to her moving now as well and can't have pets there. Whitney is a very loving girl and somewhat chatty at times. Her adoption packet says she's not good with other cats/dogs but I acquainted her with a dog and a kitten along our journey together. I'm able to meet within a reasonable distance. Thank you

Story
Bo is an incredible cat that has been my best friend and almost like a therapy animal to me for about 6yrs I’m a travel nurse and he has traveled around the US w/ me. He is funny! Sweet, smart and well trained. He can even sit and shake for his favorite thing in his whole world his treats!! I had never owned a cat before so he is a little bit of a cat-dog. I am devastated to rehome him but I have to and I want him to have the best loved life because he deserves it! He’s not a big toys cat but loves his (treats obviously) and his tunnels He is great and receptive to people’s emotions. He is a cuddler and just wants to be around you all of the time. I have so many things that are his that will go with him and he truly is low maintenance I’m heartbroken I can’t take him with me anymore but it’s the right thing for him

Story
Bonded sibling pair! Must stay together. Fred (the skinnier of the two) and George (the larger boy) are literally mates. We have had them since they were a few months old. They are both neutered. We have 2 young children and they are at home all day which is causing stress on the cats. They are great cats and I feel like they would do great with older children. However, our 1yr old and 3 yr old are just too much for them to handle. Before we had children we had no issues with these boys. After kids Fred has had flairs of cystitis (causing him to pee blood). He takes fluoxetine to keep him calm which prevents the flairs. He would only need to go to the vet once a year for refills on this medication. if he is in a calm home he may not need it at all as stress is what cause of his cystitis flairs. George is a chubby, lazy boy which makes him an easy target for our 1yr old to pick on. George recently hissed at the baby (babies fault for grabbing his tail) but the cats deserve better.

Story
Three year old Metro isn't much of a morning person. Or an afternoon person, for that matter. During shelter hours, you'll usually find her tucked safely away in her cubby, avoiding the hustle and bustle of visitors, barking dogs, and all the other chaos that comes with shelter life. If you interrupt Cubby Time during daylight, she might even tell you to get lost. But once the doors close and the shelter grows quiet, Metro transforms. Out comes a sweet, affectionate girl who enjoys attention, seeks out companionship, and shows her true personality. In the calm of the evening, she's friendly, loving, and happy to spend time with her people and feline friends. Metro gets along well with other cats and would thrive in a peaceful home with adults, and would be okay with gentle older children. If you're looking for a cat who marches to the beat of her own drum and saves her best self for those she trusts, Metro may be your perfect match E-mail ccacangels@yahoo.com for more information! Story
"Cats are angels with paws." This makes us think of our precious Dink. Dink is a 5-year-old brown and white short haired tabby with the sweetest little face and an even sweeter personality. She’s already settled into foster care like a pro, and her foster mom absolutely adores her. Her official hobbies include supervising the house, hanging out nearby, and turning herself into a lap accessory whenever possible. Dink does have hyperthyroidism, which means she needs medication twice a day, but don’t let that scare you off. Her meds can be given as an oral liquid OR as a cream applied to her ear. Easy peasy. With treatment, cats with hyperthyroidism can live long, happy, comfortable lives, and Dink is ready to do exactly that with someone who loves her. She comes with a generous supply of her meds already on board. She’s already spayed and ready to head home. All she’s missing is the actual home part. We know special medical needs can make cats get overlooked, but Dink is the kind of cat who makes the extra step feel very small. Dink is in a foster home, so if you'd like to meet her, let us know and we would be happy to arrange that. E-mail ccacangels@yahoo.com for more information! Please come visit! We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
