In the summer of 2022, a cat had 4 kittens on my patio: 2 gray and 2 tabbies. It was 110 degrees for a month and no rain. So I fed them and gave them fresh water. At 3 weeks, Mama Cat took all but one that always climbed on me when I went to feed them. For 3 days, I was worried about the tiny kitten. One day, I opened the door to feed him, and he marched in, tail in the air, like he owned the place. Melted my heart, and he has not been outside since. He is so bonded to me. I worry a new person may confuse him, but he is gentle and will eventually adjust. He has slept next to me since day one. The thing that is interesting to me is that he has never hissed or growled. Ever! His birth week is that of the July 4th week, 2022. I am not going to be here much longer. I need my Otty to be loved as much as I love him.

Senior Cat Looking for a Calm, Loving HomeI am rehoming my cat due to a recent life change and soon moving into an apartment where I cannot keep her, along with having a dog that is not compatible with cats. This is not a decision I take lightly.She is about 17 years old and has lived a stable, indoor life. She was adopted with her sibling and they were closely bonded. Her sibling passed last year, but she has remained healthy and continues to do well.She has lived with a couple of different dogs but didn't like 1 and was okay with another. She has not consistently been around dogs but had limited exposure. She was not introduced her to any new cats beyond her sibling, so I am unsure how she would do with other cats.She is very affectionate and loves attention. She enjoys being pet and will happily let you know when she wants more. She would do best in a quiet home where she can relax and get consistent companionship.I am willing to take the time to ensure she goes to a good situation.

Truffle was found in a storm drain at around 4 weeks old. He was bottle fed until about 6 weeks then weened. He is about 2 years old and can be shy, but is a total love bug when he warms up. We have a very small cat sanctuary, and I really believe his behavioral issues stem from the need to be in a home with less cats. He would do well as the only baby in the home, or maybe have a buddy to play with. His only behavioral issue is litter hoarding; this is why we think he just needs to be around less cats. This sort of issue happens in multi cat homes a lot. I just know he will make someone a perfect companion, because he is a very sweet, loving cat. I am sad to see him go, but happy to give him a safe and fulfilling future with the forever home that he is meant to be in.
